    Ingredients for Zucchini Fritters
    600 g zucchini
    300 g potatoes
    salt
    2 eggs
    100 g ham
    100 g cheese (Edam, Parmesan, etc.)
    40 g oat flour
    3 tablespoons spelt flour
    2 tablespoons marjoram
    6 cloves of garlic
    freshly ground pepper
    How To Make Zucchini Fritters Step by Step
    1. First, grate the potatoes and zucchini, including the skin, into a larger bowl. Season the vegetables with salt, mix, and let them stand to release their water. Once the vegetables have released their water, press out the excess liquid using a spoon through a sieve and discard the liquid.
    2. Meanwhile, while the vegetables are releasing water, dice the ham and grate your preferred cheese using a grater.
    3. Add the ham, cheese, crushed garlic, flour, marjoram, freshly ground black pepper, and 2 eggs to the bowl with the vegetables. Mix the mixture and preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
    4. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shape the mixture into patties with a diameter of about 10 cm and a thickness of 1 cm. For the quantity stated in the recipe, you will definitely need 2 baking sheets.
    5. Bake at 200°C (392°F) until golden brown, approximately 20-25 minutes, depending on your oven.
    6. Meanwhile, while the zucchini patties are baking, prepare the dip by mixing sour cream with dried garlic, drizzling with lemon juice, and adding fresh herbs that you like (dill, chives, parsley).
