Trip Report: jetBlue Airways - PHX - JFK - A321-231 - N956JT - Apr. 8th, 2022

Hi guys! Well? Welcome back to another trip report, I've been in Phoenix for the past month to visit family and I absolutely loved it! The weather was perfect, and everything out there alone was just amazing! Phoenix is my second home, and I always cherish every minute/second when I'm out there! But unfortunately all good things must come to an end, so come fly with me as I make my way back home to New York! Lemme give you the run down...
So first off, I was supposed to fly home on Apr. 2nd! But that week there was a string of bad weather and horrific storms across the US and apparently my flight along with over 3500 flights got cancelled in Phoenix between Apr. 2nd and 3rd, so I had to stay an extra week out there! Hey man, I didnt mind lol! Luckily my aunt and uncle live out there, they're the ones I always stay with when I go to Phoenix every year! So I stayed with them another week, then finally after being on hold for more than 4 hours my parents were able to get me a flight back home on Friday April 8th! So FINALLY!!! The day comes, I get N958JB! Cool, then for whatever reason they switched it to N956JT! So instead of having N958JB Which would've went from Cancun to JFK to Phoenix, I got switched with N956JT which went from Ft. Lauderdale to Kennedy then eventually it got here to Phoenix! Fine right? Ok! THEN! My flight which was supposed to be outta here by 10:45 p.m. Arizona time got delayed 2 hours and 38 minutes, like how do you even make this up? Oh hang on it gets better, so since it was well after midnight! When I tried to scan my boarding pass, the gate agent said "wrong date" Because since my flight was supposed to leave on April 8th it was already well after midnight (April 9th) And the guy at the front desk had to print me a boarding pass to correct the error and finally we were able to board, we didnt leave outta here till just after 1:30 a.m.! My god, whatta nightmare! But I made it home right? Haha! Alright so lemme leave you the details down below...
