Time to do a complete reroute. That beautiful bridge will have to be moved or replaced further back. The current hillside is going to continue to give way and expand sideways as it does it. There is no saving that portion of the coast road I'm afraid.

Not repairable- only a reroute further inland would work.

Just build the bridge now….or move the road

They should have an emergency repair plan so they can immediately get resources to repair these cave ins They need to drill some pilings down And build a retaining wall.
A faster temporary plan would be to cut into that hillside and extend the road bed in that direction.
