Many of us don't have a trusted friend due to trauma.

Hello @mellynelly5918. Where do you spend your time? With whom do you interact so that you can form trusted, healthy bonds? How have you healed from the past trauma, have you? I have friends who have built tight relationships with others due to same interests. Whether it be scuba, snorkeling, traveling, foodies, or whatever, they all can trust one another to pour into one another. I hope this gives you some ideas.

This is not related to this podcast, but I'm seeking your insight/counsel on this question I've been pondering for a while: Can someone reaction can be affected by someone else’s mood/behavior?
