Hey guys I am back with another video in my segment Trying Brands so hopefully you can too. Only this one, I don’t know y’all 😵‍💫
I’ll let the video speak for itself. What are y’all thoughts? I will never talk down on a business or tell anyone not to shop there especially a black, minority, or small business. However, I WILL be honest about my experience and opinions.

Once you emailed me I emailed right back and offered to ship the missing item with a free gift of your choice . Unfortunately you declined. Hello. I appreciate your prompt and professional responses and for you taking ownership for the situations that arose. From my standpoint I decided to decline the shipment of the missing item because I had been waiting more than a month for the item, and I had also been promised a free item with the damaged exchanged purse and I did not receive an item (it was not a huge huge deal to me it was just something I noticed). I think the logistics could be improved but the fact your customer service is great speaks volumes and you can go far. I’m sending love out to you fr❤️
