A fascinating character full of wisdom and passion. A lot of people think Chris is a weirdo, I disagree... Society has taught them to view people like this as weird when infant as Chris touched on, society today is in itself weird. I could genuinely listen to Chris Eubank snr interviews all day
Ya think
full of self pr.. I worked with his brother.. a totally different story
No one I know thinks he’s a weirdo, must be you🤷🏼♂️
This gentlemen is 100% truth
Who's here to here him say "Rastafaaariiiii"
His been saying that recently not sure why, he never said that in his early days of boxing
Watch out dreadlocks!!
Great qoute " the poorest people i know all they have is money"
Tremendous human, teacher and father figure. If the world had more males like him we would be blessed with fully functional and progressive societies. One luv Eubank Snr.
Chris Eubank Senior is a unique & great character.
Chris Eubank senior is a very spiritual man. He was labelled as arrogant when he was boxing, and now he is branded as a weirdo. Give that man a break, he is on another stratospheric level. He speaks pearl of wisdom ✨️
What a bloke ❤
Chris Eubank Sr has to be to most complete living being on Earth today, such a grounded individual and very inspiring to listen to. I thought Ben Heath’s level of questioning was on point also. Brilliant broadcast from both men
Eubank is a father and teacher to all of us british boys .. Jnr is ungrateful
I hear you, but Jnr being his son knows more about what he's like than any of us ever will. Eubank Sr is a legend, but I can imagine him being difficult sometimes.
@@jcwork85 Difficult is a understatement, he probably taught him nothing, Snr is & always was to in to him self though his talking a good game like always but he was useless as a farther, even his ex wife said that, I remember when Junior had 1 fight & Senior just stood in the middle of the ring all dressed up showing off & then said that he does not need any guidance his done all the training I mean no trainer has ever done that, we need a interview where he is going to be challenged & cross checked on things not these soft interviews
If he's anything like many Caribbean fathers of this generation, then he is a useless father and struggles to show his emotions to his sons.
Not a father to Nathaniel Wilson...
I can listen and learn from him all day. Love him ❤
James Tony was a truly skilled man, salute to Chris for that shout
The guy is so so REAL no bull shit just true facts ! He is the internet for boxing before the apps and the fake world we live in now
A national treasure indeed.
This man is a prophet whether you admit it or not wise beyond words . Stand strong stand alone my brother 👌🏽👊🏾
No need a interviewer, Eubank interviews himself
Thanks Mr EUBANK you do help me 🙏🏻❤️
Wish i could be his student. As a young jamaican man myself i can honestly say he is a true prophet.
…and a bit of a bell end
@@mrknobchopps well then so am I. Good day.
@@mrknobchopps ahhh self evaluation...well atleast your honest about yourself my friend

Second time watching this gem such a wonderful soul great interview 🫡
Inspirational and insightful!
What a True Man he is,,,,
Levels of Wisdom... Glad to see a fuller faced Eubank snr.
He's the king of his world. I'm the king of mine
Top class 👍🏻
Real Man Real Talk One Love Chris 🇯🇲
A truly remarkable and magnificent man. Live Long and Live Large Mr Eubank.
I salute you Sir...
I have the greatest respect for Chris Snr. People said when he was boxing he was arrogant. He was not.. now those same people say he's weird. Our young people can learn how to be respectful of others from Chris which is lacking in our communities. I was glued to the interview and hung on every word. And well done to Ben for letting Chris get across his points rather than interrupting every few seconds like most inviewers have the habit of doing.
Absolutely unique gentleman.
More interviews with Chris Eubank Sr please
This interview made me see Eubank in a different light:
He’s a man of principal and character irrespective of whether it goes against the grain. He’s eccentric in a world where crazy is normal.
He preaches mannerisms and knowledge in a sport where most don’t (or most people for that matter)
First time viewer (to this channel)
Wonderful interview Mr eubanks

Ire man .. well Ire ... I spoke with Nigel, he has great respect for you and all Boxers. These MEN are truly MEN, both, exceedingly talented and job well done. Sir Chris, you are well versed and gentle, you are the product of Windrush generation, our God, and Ancestors, protecting, guiding and are so proud of how you humbly receive. Rastafari. Don't ramp wid mi!
My favourite British person. .
No contest.
Just a stupid thing to say but good on ya
@@mrknobchoppsPlease elaborate how someone's opinion on something that can only be subjective can be stupid? Chris is British and it's this person's opinion that Chris is his favourite British person without contest, we now know there's no point in arguing that there may be a diffrent person eligible for that position.

Eubank is true to himself in order to encourage the self worth of that
Thank you for your wisdom Mr Eubank
Absolutely spot on with the Benny hill and carry on films these programs these days too our making a mess of our youths minds
Thought this was going to be another desperate marketing plea diatribe about how harlem will be undisputed at 147. But this is the Sr we want to see time and time again. Unparalleled wisdom 👍🏽
Love him, articulate lovely man
Chris has always been a decent man, shame it took the world to only find out recently.
Well done Chris !
Chris you should look up to the creator more then the Queen, the Queen only ruled Britain the Creator created you and he rules the universe and everything else that exists
Peace ✌️
Look around, be silent. God/ higher power speaks to us everyday but we only notice this is in a sate of silence. We are spoken to by a higher power through people, synchronicities, curiosity, logic, innerstanding. Silence, you find your answer.
Great interview. Interviewer’s questions are direct and concise and he does not interrupt. I’ve always found Snr fascinating. Not sure I blame Jr for getting out of his shadow and going his own way.
Possibly. But it was his dad that made his the name he is today. Without him he wouldn’t be a tenth of the man he is now
Brilliant interview @benheathpodcast . You conducted yourself fantastically in some uncomfortable moments. I'm curious to ask, in large part, were you more fascinated or uncomfortable? There were moments where I could see you disagreed with him, as did I but again, you were a top pro as always👍 Well done! 👏

38:04 Interesting point about boxer James Toney not being mentioned as one of the greats due to his aggressive conduct.

I love how he ended it with the warriors code 😑

Ben Heath's the-man
Watched him train once at Marble Arch … he was as strong as a ox 🐂
This channel has got Rob Moore vibes no?
Ldbc forever salute
I feel Chris on the point of “men” having babies. My sister came to me once and said this exact thing and she’s too young to explain why that’s not the case. Weird wold
He was in the naughty kids homes up here in Wrexham in the early 80s, they still talk about him to this day, he was in a young offenders prison as a kid , hes been everywhere
He never went to young offenders. Stop making up stories on social media.
👍👍
Chris is fighting for top 10 European fighter of all time. let alone goat
Wrong
he was good he gave the utmost respect to James Toney obviously admitting that he is not in Tony's class but he beat Watson and Benn And gave us pure Entertainment -
@@homebell4866 true. He’s still fighting for top 10 European lol you could argue top 15
@@Rosegoldcam He's got the Warriors Code 😊👍
@@homebell4866 agreed. Still fighting for top 10 European all time. Definitely NOT THEE GOAT
Very insightful is chris, although, he doesn't seem to realise his many contradictions of always being the gentleman, even if it's his own ego speaking. Note to chris, your ego is your false sense of self!. A true gentleman doesn't ever have to say, he just is!
Thanks for creating podcast. What did I agree with? The whole battle with loneliness and emptiness he faced upon retirement. I think that's something that awaits us all whether we're a journalist, police officer, accountant etc. What did I disagree with? John Fury. A complete and utter embarrassment who's now believing his own fantasy stories. I had a flick through his so-called book in Tesco's. LMAO at the lies!!!!
John Fury is a clown who drags boxing through the mud with his antics.
Tyson Fury should say to him:
'Dad, I'm the world champion and this is making me look bad. Cut it out.'
But, then again, Tyson Fury's antics since beating Dillian Whyte has dragged boxing through the mud as well so he probably approves of his dad's behaviour.
My boy said debauchery & deviant sex, he needs to elaborate lol now i know why he wear them pants 😂😂😂
Your boy…hmm seems a little sus wouldn’t you say
Let’s have some parliamentary procedure here
I disagree with Eubank SR greatly on the James Toney part, when he says that the reason why people don't really talk about James Toney anymore. Was due to his loudmouth antics and use of bad language to antagonise his opponents. No, the reason why the casual mainstream boxing fan doesn't really mention James Toney in realm of boxers from the past. Was simply that James Toney, wasn't a PPV star or a household name. Boxers such as Roy Jones, Mike Tyson, Felix Trinidad, Evander Holyfield, Manny Pacquiao, Miguel Cotto, Floyd Mayweather, Bernard Hopkins, Oscar De Loya, Shane Mosley were the PPV stars during Toney's time as a boxer. So he was overshadowed by them in terms of name recognition and popularity. Fighters from the past such as Muhammed Ali, Prince Naseem Hamed, Floyd Mayweather, Mike Tyson and David Haye were all known for their loudmouth antics and use of foul language against their opponents. But the casual boxing fan still bring those names to mention, when they talk about past fighters. As they were all pay per view stars and household names/attractions.
he's right about Tony because all the fighter's you mentioned are not better fighters than Tony And Manny Pacman is in Politics - could you say the same for Tony - He is 100 percent correct
But Manny Pacman and all those fighters were PPV Stars/Attractions. That's the key! James Toney wasn't a PPV attraction! The same with Andre Ward. He was a great fighter but not a PPV attraction.@@homebell4866
Furthermore Conor Mcgregor was known for being a loudmouth yet still became the biggest star in UFC history, People still talk about him despite him being semi retired. The reason why James Toney is not talked about amongst casual boxing fans, was because he wasn't a PPV star/attraction. Simple as that. Nothing to do with his loudmouth antics. Why do us Brits worship Prince Naseem Hamed! Was because he was such a larger than life character. In and out of the ring. If fans disregard loudmouths. Then was Naz so popular back then and still 20 post years post his retirement?@@homebell4866
I get what eubank was saying but true boxing fans and genuine followers of boxing will never forget james toney.. the difference is toney only cared about fighting in the ring not about being famous or a celebrity.. the same as roberto duran and terence crawford
William Shakespeare has no chance the poem at the end wow he does talk bolloks
Ask him about the talking bear who he killed.
I respect CE Snr, but he never fought the Americans, plus he held a minor belt and for that i rate Nigel Benn above him in boxing
The WBO was a Mickey Mouse belt at the time and anyone who regards Lennox Lewis as the last undisputed heavyweight champion should not regard Eubank as a world champion.
A lot of people seem to have forgotten just how boring a lot of Eubank's fights were and how bad many of his performances were as well.
I always think it's weird when people spend an entire hour trying to come across as a kind and accepting person that doesn't judge anyone and supports everyone and everything but then ends the podcast excluding and judging someone. You don't need to be a fan of crossover boxing and I understand why a lot of people aren't but just because someone starts boxing later in life doesn't mean their fights aren't real.
Chris claims he only uplifts people but then calls JJ a moron and an idiot, shows that he is just portraying a character and doesn't stand behind his own words. I think he is referring to fighter talk where fighters big themselves up and talk down to their opponents but that's not something influencers started, it's something a lot of boxers do and they do it to promote their fights so calling someone a moron for it is just weird.
He's clearly a narcissist. I can't believe so many people like him and fail to see him for who he really is.
He was a great fighter and I do respect him for that but he is such a fake person so sometimes his interviews are difficult to listen to. This persona he puts on can be entertaining at times but it's just not sincere so when he then judges other people (which he often does) I just find it annoying. @@inglesconmatt
Hes not calling him a moron😂😂😂 he's talking about people who mock the code of warrior
@@inglesconmattarent we all ? Dont we all feel self love and gratification from others ?
Amazing interview of a fascinating man. Shame on the Rob Moore interview. Chris was not in the right place for that. Should never been aired. All about views. Lost a lot of respect for him. Show a lot about his character.
In the interviews i've seen of him recently, to me he comes across as intimidating, a bit hateful and a bit of a chip on his shoulder
Mike Tyson, Andre ward, Nigel Benn, Carl froch, all champions have nothing on Chris eubanks sr
How do you figure that?
@@ppuh6tfrz646 if u listen carefully
Alot of what he says sounds like sense ... but re his son ... didnt he send over and brother him to America for years in early teens as felt hed lived with to much privilege ... and in his own life he speaks of being a man ... chris Jnr is being a man - his own man ... and if he makes mistakes thats on jnr ... snr rightly should look to guide him but hes wrong to publicly criticise his son because hes not taking his advice ... jnr is 33/34
He's not criticizing him. Open your ears and listen. Let someone try to take 20 pounds of your son and put him in a ring see how you feel. LISTEN PLEASE
I did ... you should look at facts ... 20 pounds ? That would make jnr a light heavyweight at near 180 , career .middleweight 160 / super 168 middleweight... so back to school for you before telling people to open their ears you rude twit , but he is very much criticising his son in the public for doing what he chooses, and sorry parents shouldnt do that just cos his advice wasnt taken ... now go be cheeky behind your keyboard elswhere
Loved his brother but didn’t see his for 9 months. He’s such a creep! Never there for his family.
he said his brother was a vegetable
As much as i think everything is all a lie and a sick joke, every last thing i see. I do not believe anymore. But if i could put that aside i would say gwarrrn chris.. I never thought id be anti swearing at least theres one person who tries to keep a clean persona. Fair play mate.
You've honestly NEVER HEARD someone waffle on and chat so much utter SHIT as Chris Eubank.
I like Chris the poor interviewer looks lost

How did Benny Hill cause you to go bankrupt ?
How did Sid James cause you to have an affair and refuse Nathaniel Wilson?
How did Benny Hill cause you to be charged with dangerous driving in 1992, causing the death of a man?
Take your Sherriff badge and stop peddling your "gentlemanly" facade.
He's definitely a narcissist.
