Irv’s Burgers is one of the historic greats. It first opened along Route 66 in West Hollywood in 1946 as one of the original roadside burger stands in the city of Los Angeles. After pausing for two years in 2018, new operating partner Lawrence Longo has revitalized the beloved restaurant while maintaining the historic charm and cult following that longtime owner Sonia Hong cultivated for nearly two decades.
