How to Drill a Glass Tank Install Eshopps Prodigy Overflow box and Build a Peninsular Aquarium

In this video, we discussed how to drill an aquarium. We also showed the installation process for the Eshopp Prodigy Overflow box. We showed how to build a peninsular tank. Drilling glass is pretty straightforward. First, make sure the glass is not tempered because if it is, it will shatter. Always use a diamond drill bit and use a slow speed when drilling. Wet the diamond bit as you drill to prevent cracks. When drilling is complete, use fine sandpaper to clean the hole gently. To install the Eshoppp Prodigy overflow box, Insert the internal drain first, and pass it through the hole. Then install the outer part of the overflow. Tighten the bulkhead slightly and install the emergency drain if it is removed. When drilling a peninsular tank, get the measurement and distance between the drain and the return holes to allow easy access to install bulkheads. Install overflow box after drilling and install return lines using bulkheads. Following these simple tips would give you a smooth and beautiful-looking tank.
