7:30 the smilidon did the ultimate move: leading Sauce to the dragon to fight. Now that's high IQ right there.
The keleken(also known as the terror bird hence why it scares enemies) was an incredibly dominant species that was basically what became of the dinosaurs after the asteroids wiped them all out.
Which went extinct due to the bridge bringing more efficient predators of the time and the competition wiped it out

As someone who loves animals from the plistocince era I love these tabs animals they are actually pretty accurate for a tabs mod which makes them all the more cooler. Like the smilodon (love they are using the scientific names) slowly sneaking up on the enemy because smilodon’s were really slow but really strong so they snuck up on their prey

What is this mod called
Those birds at the start were Kelenken, the largest genus of terror birds, growing up to 2.5 meters tall. Imagine an Ostrich but carnivorous with a huge hooked bill and talons. Luckily for us, Kelenken went extinct long before humans were around.
The next animal featured was Daeodon, a genus of Entelodont, which was a family of predatory even-toed ungulates. That made them more closely related to animals like pigs and deer (also "ungulate" just means "animal with hooves"). Daeodon lived during the Miocene, which means they also went extinct before humans existed.
The third animal shown was Smilodon, an extinct genus of cat that belonged to the sub family of Machairodontinae, which went extinct at the end of the Pleistocene. They're the animals you think of when you hear the term "sabertooth cat." There are 3 species of Smilodon, S. populator being the largest and most famous. Smilodon populator is the largest species of cat ever discovered, weighing over 400 kilograms and a shoulder height of 1.2 meters. They had 28 centimeter long canine teeth that they used to slice the jugular of their prey.
The fourth animal is Bison latifrons, an extinct species of Bison that lived during the Pleistocene. They're like modern Bison but way bigger, with a weight of 2,000 kg. and a height of 2.5 m. at the shoulder. These huge herbivores were widespread all throughout North America. Some experts think early humans were one of the causes of its eventual extinction.
The Kelenken is the largest of the phorusrhacids, commonly called terror birds. The version in this game is actually quite a bit smaller than the real animal.

I used an animal mod to make a unit that is multiple units, but counts as none, meaning that you can have a billion units on your side, that dont reset when the battle does, completely breaking the game. I named it "The horde" And would love to see you review it in a future video. Love your content ❤

I love the Smilodon's unique ability, like the point of a melee unit is to close the distance against range units (or in the tribal faction's case ranged AOE units) so this is absolutely effective
17:10 not quite dragon breeding - there’s a lot fewer thigh highs there than there should be. Also yes, “scalies” is the technical term for the scaled variety of what would otherwise be a furry.

I haven't watched CaptainSauce in awhile, and I was extremely surprised by his new look.
Something I've found to be quite fun is to use Defend The Tower and invade the tower using only Medieval units. As for the inside of the tower, either go on multiplayer or set that up using only Medieval units as well.

These units were all actually really well made and I can see each having a lot of uses. The stealth gimmick of the Smilodon is something I hope TABS adds to a main game unit in the future, and the whole fighting the unit before unlocking it like the Greater Dragon is so cool! These mods are getting amazing and I hope TABS takes some notes from them when making future factions.
It hurts me every time I see these amazing units and I think Tabs finally got updated again then it just modded in and I just die inside.

@@FrostyShoto It’s actually a pretty broad term, but it usually just means an interest in anthropomorphic creatures. A scalie is just a furry who has more interest in reptiles and such, but being a furry can be, really, anything.

Size is very strange in tabs, for example if you give wall shields to units 30x the size or above, they usually fly into space never to be seen again. You should try messing with the unit creator more
Are there any updates on whether hero units are gonna come to tabs in an official version? Kinda was looking forward to those.

A scaleie is what it is called when you like scales.
Daedons are pack animals that travel near wolf packs and can assist it's pack members easily. It is quick and strong.
One secret: The Solar Architect from the Good faction has also the ability to heal and help the ally units. His solar malestorm stops and damages other units but also heals the ally units! I was also surprised that was the case but that's really cool!

Ik this is unrelated to the video, but can we just appreciate how good the musketeer has become? Before it was rng to hit someone with them, but since the open Alpha update, they have become reliable, accurate and powerful! With one shot, they can penetrate through 3 units at once and now they don't even friendly fire anymore! I have noticed in your videos after beta version, whenever you use the muskets, they almost win every battle. Also the monk has 600 fricking health in this game. Hope you find this useful!
