I improved my hair by doing all these things: Including more and more vitaminC in form of lemon, orange, kiwi, 8 hours of enough sleep daily, consume nuts such as walnut, peanut, almonds in limited, you can also eat fishes like salmon. Exercise a minimum of 30 mins everyday. Using natural coconut plus onion based shampoo, oil, neem wooden comb, scalp massager by liitleextra coconion two times a week. All this is good for hair fall control.

I’ve started spraying my roots with clove water every other day and although that was only 2 weeks ago I can already tell a difference. I washed my hair once since using and could not believe how little hair was shedding. My hair grows just fine before but the breakage was so bad it made growth difficult to see. My roots are also a lot thicker( which I’m hoping doesn’t keep happening lol. As early as I can rmr my hair was always permed. So taking care of natural hair is new to me. So thicker hair would be a struggle. But I am so excited to see the growth now that I won’t have super broken hair patches in random spots and less breakage overall. ❤

You hit it right on the money! I ONLY use amber glass bottles for sprays and oils. Protects and stores the life of the product.

It does work. You just have to be consistent and massage it in your scalp, for at least three months to see results. It will be 3 months for me in May and I have noticed good hair growth. My solution was made with cloves and bay leaves tbough. Both work.

Hi Justina! Thank you for sharing! I tried using hibiscus water and my hair didn't really like it for some reason, but I haven't tried it in an oil so I will definitely look into it! I have read a lot of great reviews with Hibiscus so I am not ready to end my experimentation with it quite yet! heart ❤

May, will be 3 months for me and I already saw results at two months. But, I use every single day. Trust me, it DOES work. Good luck.
I have tried Cloves for growth, but got distracted with using Rosemary organic Tea on my hair since it’s known to work better than Rogaine based on research that was conducted. I saw fast results with the Rosemary. Drinking Organic Turmeric tea has also shown fast results for my bald spots from perms. Hope this helps!

I made the mixture, filled a small spray bottle and kept the extra in a glass jar, under my bathroom sink. You'll go through it quick. I use it in the morning and at night. My friend told me about it. She said I should see a difference in 3 months.
But mine was made with cloves and bay leaves and of course water. It was boiled also.
I plan on trying clove water for my thinning edges as well. How do you preserve it? Do you put it in the fridge or is it safe to leave out?
I just leave it on my bathroom counter and my spray bottle lasts up to 1-2 weeks before I make another batch. I make small batches like the one in the video so that it doesn't go bad 💜

I hope I can get some clarity on using clove water. Others sources say it should not be left in bcuz it will cause dryness & irritation of the scalp but others sources and yourself say it can be left in. Another thing: can clove water be used IN BTWN washes or just on freshly washed & conditioned hair ONLY? I really need answers to my questions. I made a batch of clove water close to 2 wks ago, sitting in my fridge but haven't used it yet. Much thanks.
I've heard the same thing. I spray the clove water on my roots as best as I can, leave it on for about an hour and wash out. I've noticed the breakage in back from wearing hats has grown out. I've been using clove water now for a couple months.
I’ve heard the same as well. I spritz my scalp nightly but instead of washing out I follow it up with an oil blend to help with the dryness cloves may cause.
I made mine with cloves and bay leaves. My friend gave me the recipe. But some use cloves only. I boiled it though and let it cool and put in a spray bottle. My friend told me, by 3 months that I would see results.
As far as itchy scalp or dry scalp? Some say it does happen. I haven't experienced much dryness or itching.

Personally, I used a different method. It's better to boil them, let cool than use. They release more of the nutrients.
It's so obvious the pictures you showed before and after isn't the same person. I wish you all can actually be truthful with your experiences. It works true. Perhaps one month, 2 3 or after 10 months. Just post pictures of the actual truth and not just for content and clicks.

Yes. I put mine in a small spray bottle to use everyday and the rest, I put in a glass jar and leave it under the sink and refill my spray bottle as needes.

You have to be consistent and take for 6 months to a year to get results. I did in 6 months. My nails are insanely strong and my hair? Looks healthier and full and not limp.

Ive been going through the same thing, thinning edges, looser texture and I’ve tried to limit over moisturizing and adding more protein treatments.
The only protein treatment I can stand is curlsmith bond salve. Ive used a pre shampoo infusion on my scalp with clove, rosemary, mustard, black cumin seed, and green and black tea and its helped quite a lot with hair falling out with only a few uses.
Also I massage my scalp with magnesium oil and black seed oil.
My hair was low porosity and protein sensitive and I always air dried it but I think the treatments and using a diffuser right after washing helped porosity too. I limit time in the shower by oiling my twisted hair the night before.
Then I detangle with aloe on dry hair and massage shampoo on my dry scalp and then wash everything out.
