  • In this video we take a look at the current generation Dacia Duster and ask is this your last chance to get hold of such a car with the new one launching later this year with a very different style.
Dacia has enhanced and updated its Duster SUV model. This latest version features refreshed design elements, up-to-date features, and technology all while continuing to offer the same robustness, comfort, and value-for-money which it is famed for.
Launched in the UK in 2013, and available across Europe since 2010, the Duster quickly earned a reputation for delivering all the benefits of an SUV at city car price. With shockingly affordable value, the Duster has shaken-up the SUV segment, having broken the rules to become a unique offering for consumers. With more than 1.9 million vehicles sold, the Duster has been the number one car for retail sales in its class in Europe’s SUV market since 2019.

Well there is no correlation, this is the last of the old one that gives you more of a back to basics style of driving but still with all the kit you need. If you want one jump on it, if not wait for the new one...

Anyone else notice at 2m22s the window glass is branded Renault

That is pretty common to see parent company brands on windows. If you look at some SEATs and Audis they'll often have VW badges on the glass

They've completely lost the charm of a simple no frills, utilitarian, 4x4 offroader.. They've gone gadgety like all the other manufacturers. (Sadly)

The new Duster Extreme 4x4, seems to have lost most of its off-roading capability as you can no longer have the diesel option, or am I missing something.

You don't need the diesel to go off-road

All of the major manufacturers including Dacia/Renault no longer manufacture diesel cars, unfortunately that’s the reality.
