A lot of it was still not accessible to us, but they allowed us to tour a smaller fully furnished model a few floors below.
@@thisistampatv it's been sold since penthouse building started 4 years ago....the owner commissioned it specfically...ended up negotiating a deal on the top 3 floors...to create a triplex...it being "available" is for marketing...buyer doesn't want images made public...cause he wants to see it for the first time in person...buyer American...under 40...Energy Drink brand heir...won't say which one....

When the opportunities like this come up I jump all over it without hesitation
If buyers agent get 4%, why would the buyer even have a agent. Just give a $200 million offer and wait (if you have the money).
The more important question is why wouldn't you have a buyer's agent? The 4% doesn't come out of the buyer's pocket as it is compensation paid by the listing agent, which in this case is Ryan Serhant. And where do you think that 4% goes if you as a buyer are not represented? It goes back into the listing agent's pocket.
