    Hey thanks, Joe. What's the story with all the goop on the hull fitting for the drive shaft?

      It's a late year 2015, and we've seen a number of 1-off solutions when they make changes to engines. Pretty sure that is what we are seeing here since it has the different style carbon seal.

    Have been reading up on Supercharger removal for my 2010 Seadoo Wake Pro 215 (186 hrs)and some folks mention needle bearings falling all over the place and losing some when SC removed. I watched you guys just pull out the SC after 3 bolts removed and loosened SC up and did not see any indication or mention of care to not loose needle bearings (40). I have also read somewhere that you need to drain engine oil in order to remove SC. Is this true? To keep engine oil from running out of SC hole on PTO? Am mainly taking off SC to aid in drive shaft upgrade and easier access to fittings to swap to old style bearing carrier and shaft. I figure I will inspect SC externally while off. SC was rebuilt approximately 15 hours back from previous owner. If I find any inkling that the SC has issues, I will surely be sending it in to these guys for a rebuild. Thanks in advance for any tips..

      Needle bearings can come out in chargers that had dual clutch failure. It is rare but has been known to happen. As for draining the oil, as long as the ski is relatively level you should not have an issue with excessive oil leaking if any at all. Hope this helps

    So I’m confused with my Jetski I have a 2017 RXP 300x top speed is at 75 and a lot of people are telling me that I should be going a lot faster with everything I have Install the only thing I have not done is any tuning at all. Also, after adding the speed delete from Riva I didn’t see any difference either it felt like it didn't even work, because when I turned it off and turned it back on, it still did not start back up in sport mode. Like people claim and the ski I purchase off of someone already had most of the mods on here the JetSki runs perfectly fine. Oil level is perfectly right in the middle. Yesterday I checked inside the intercooler there was no oil in there. It was perfectly dry. I replace a supercharger impeller, so I’m just lost for words maybe tuning might get it where it needs to be any advice or opinion to help me out here
    Installed
    Riva air intake, Riva ribbon delete, Riva I/C hoses with tial BOV, riva rear exhaust and riva speed delete ,Fizzle Z135 Supercharger Impeller, Solas Impeller SXX-CD-13/18 .

    What kind of lube/grease do you recommend on the charger shaft before reinstalling??

    • @Pwcmuscle
      @Pwcmuscle  Před 3 lety

      Any marine grease will work. It's just to prevent tearing the o-rings and help stop oil from getting past them

    • @Pwcmuscle

      I'd definitely not wait 200 hours. Turnaround time is 72 hours unless you select Expedited which bumps you to the front of the line

      How does the coolant reservoir come off? Almost thinking this power cooler from riva isn’t worth the hassle! Might just keep my short 90 intake from jp racing. Does it make that much of a performance gain? I’m running a stage 3 plus
