In this video I discuss the usual problems students have while turning right at an intersection, like knowing when and where to start braking and turning the steering wheel, approaching a turn with speed, turning after having stopped at a stop sign or red light, reference points to know when to start turning, appropriate speeds, vision, turning in a tight curve, obstacles, braking and so on.

I never thought at 27 years old I’d be sitting here watching a “how to turn right” video on CZcams lol. I got my drivers license at 16 and drove until I was 21 and I was completely fluent in driving and drove anywhere no problem but then my license expired and I went in to renew it and failed the eye test and I needed glasses and I never went and got any and I just got rides and walked everywhere for 6 years but now I have a job that I need transportation for so I went down and renewed my license today and can finally drive again but now I feel like I forgot everything and I’m really nervous when driving. These videos are helping a lot though!
Lol hopefully u do well n am scared at turning liek my rights n lefts r hard but you have experience n it’ll come to you after a few days as for me I need more time

I’ve already taken some driving lessons and been struggling so hard on reading road signs and lines and just basic things a driver should know. It just doesn’t come easy for me and these videos literally explains EVERYTHING that confuses me when I drive. Such amazing videos!

@@lenalee5516 You need to get another instructor. Not only is that rude, but it’s highly unprofessional to tell a student something like that while they’re trying to learn.

Guys hear it from me, I pretty much solely learned how to drive from his videos but on the road practice with someone who can drive is very important! One of THE biggest tips that tremendously helped me was him saying a lot of driving mistakes is due to where the student is looking, you’re supposed to look everywhere but mainly where you WANT your car to go and your hands will naturally follow your eyes. When I started doing that, I improved so much on my driving. Look into the turn, not at the other cars or at the lines because that is where your car is going to drift to.
Also I paid for driving lessons twice and those really did not help me because my instructors just let me do what I want and it’s better to practice what you’re bad at than what you already know but my driving school made me go over everything which I personally felt like was a waste of my time. I went out on the road twice with my mom to practice the things I was actually having trouble with (turns and parking) and I passed my drivers test on the first try! Thank you to this channel and also the guy who starts his videos with “hey everyyboodyyyy!” was also helpful.
I want to say thank you very much for this video. After 5 lessons with my instructor I still wasn't sure at what part of the road to start turning the wheel when making a right turn. Today before my 6th lesson I watched this video just once. During my lesson for the first time I was able to make right turns without my instructor telling me when to start turning the wheel. After the lesson he said now I'm 99.5% ready for the road test. THANK YOU!

Me too. Man i just start learning how to drive. Just finish my 7th lesson with my instructor and my turns suck🙏🏽🤷🏾♀️😩 i need to practice my hand over hand and stop second guessing myself
@@kadenelg9265 I finished phase 2 a few weeks ago(so 4 hrs in car driving) and my biggest issue was being too late with the turn and over steering in to the turn. Watching theses videos & Canada's Worst Driver (tv show) have been a godsend. I wish you good luck.

Today I got into a very minor accident where my car scraped someone else's car because I didn't apply enough speed to my turn. You’re such a good driving instructor. You give good tips and tricks. Some driving instructors will tell you you’re turning wrong but will never give you instructions on how to do it right!

My husband can't teach me for the life of me, he can criticize but not correct and the driving schools are booked. These videos have helped me fix my problems. I'm driving around with confidence. Starboy__Finesse__ yea I get little confuse there to you but finally got it but usually when you turn you don’t need to you press the break slight and go sometimes when you press the break little it moves but very slowly that’s when you hit the gas slowly and the. Accelerate I think

I got my license few years ago but always feel nervous to drive the car( kind of phobia after I had a couple of bus accidents during my childhood time). I really don't understand the steering wheel. How do I know if it's at a half turn, quarter turn, etc. Can you do a video on the understanding of the steering wheel please?

@@tyboogie1994 I do this but sometimes the wheel doesn't glide back by itself, I never know when it will glide back and when I have to turn the wheel back
