Lmao - there was no "Balfour requirements" - There was a Balfour Declaration, which simply declared support for there to be a Jewish homeland in the land. 77% of the land was then given to the Arabs who created Jordan. Another 50% was going to be given to the Arabs and Jews were only going to get 12% of the land. The Jewish leaders agreed and celebrated. The Arab leaders rejected it and said they would take all the land and "throw the Jews in the Sea" in a "war of annhilation".
