Salaam sister Shamsa, a good tip when making samosa chapattis: make a few doughballs in one go, placing them on a greased tray..Next get 1 dough ball, flatten it ever so slightly in the plain flour and put a little sunflower oil on it plus sprinkle a little bit of plain flour ; now set it aside, then get another doughball flatten that one too (slightly) in the flour and then put that on top of the first doughball, flatten them together and now make a chapatti out of those and once it's cooked, you can peel it easily using fingers to reveal 2 chapattis hence saving you aload of time😊

    • @mendesarmy1235

Is there anything else we should prepare before Ramadan rather then making variety of food?
We should start making a routine to do some extra Ebadath for the whole month of Ramadan.
