For strange it sounds, I guess the husband eat more healthy. Eggs, whole wheat bread and spinach are an excellent breakfast. With a good contribution of proteins, iron, zinc, and vitamins. And the beef leaves you more satisfied than the fish. Too much cheese, cream, and dairy are never good, even if you are lactose tolerant.
Indian regular breakfast :- no meat only milk and breed and tea Indian lunch :- panner or vegetable beans curry with some rice rarely meat or fish or egg curry Indian dinner :- panner or vegis with breed(roti) or rice , still rarely fish or meat or egg simple life but Protein is always missing no suger but still diabetes is rising because of too much dairy consumption😢😂❤
