The first minar was build by Sultan (shahabuddin Ghouri Tajik)in Ghor province present day Afghanistan (Minar jam)
and then his Turkic commander build the second Minar(qutub Minar) in Delhi as a sign how huge his empire was
there is also a city called after Qutubuddin Aibak in north Afghanistan
(Aibak city )
Cuttack also served as capital for many Empires and kingdom.
But Why only Delhi was choosen as Capital?
Why not any other place
