I explained which once I prefer over the others and which once are for amateur fights and also masters.

It would seem the cheekless ones would leave you more vulnerable to cuts. That’s why I always wore cheeks.

i use headgear that gives me the most vision, my vision is already not the best if it blocks my vision i hate it

I had my first two sparring ever two weeks apart. My first spar got hit with a lot of jabs had a little headache for 3 days, is that normal than had my second spar I won the first round lost the next two gas out had a headache for 1 day is that normal but now everytime I hit the bag my head starts to hurts have you ever heard of that ?

Having headaches in the beginning is normal. You get use to them quick

Go get looked at! Super dangerous! Might have something serious going on internally. Its not normal

i understand they dont protect you from head trauma ok but how the hell does it make it worst?????
