- From the 1977 movie "The Domino Principle". A guy puts two dead bodies in a Ford Galaxie and pushes it off a cliff where it falls into the ocean. And he spits at the wreck. This is where the footage used in the Nothing Can Go Wrong Now Productions logo was taken from.

So that's how they used this clip for the production company.
Looks a bit like one promo for Conan on TBS in 2010.

It looks a little different
I should've been more specific (instead of quickly saying "THAT'S WHERE IT CAME FROM" like I always seem to do), but what we see here is a different camera angle, taken from the bottom. The camera angle used in the logo was taken from higher up (and is the same angle you see here at 0:16).
