This video recording is a lecture covering the Isha Upanishad as per the June 2020 Syllabus for NTA UGC NET - Yoga.

Krishna Bharadwaj developed an interest in Yoga and Advaita while pursuing B.Com at Christ University, Bengaluru between 2014 and 2017. Subsequently, he joined the M.Sc - Yoga and Consciousness program at S-VYASA, Bengaluru, graduating in 2019. After a two-year break that was partly COVID-induced, he joined the University of Hyderabad's MA Philosophy program in 2021 and graduated in 2023. He has been pursuing a Ph.D in Philosophy at the same university since August 2023. His interest lies in Indian theories of epistemology, soteriology and ethics. He has cleared UGC's NET with JRFs in Yoga (June 2019) and Philosophy (June 2020 & December 2022). He is passionate about teaching and has experience taking classes on the Bhagavad-Gita and the Yoga-Sutras of Patanjali.

What about Jnana nishta sir. I don't see it's coverage here
Namaste, Usha ji. A Jnana Nishtha is someone who is established in knowledge. The final slide of the video which is on Atma-Bhava essentially talks about a Jnana Nishtha - about how he would behave.
I've specifically spoken of a Karma Nishtha in the video because it is mentioned in the NET syllabus.
