Not saying you are wrong or that I am right but Nothing is created. God or Source etc... exists naturally, without thought. As this Being exists and moves it naturally sweats out EVERYTHING and EVERYONE without thinking of doing it at all. God without trying just sheds universes and beings from His True body. God is not building life nor operating a mechanism to create things, He is just living a normal life and doing normal things and we are here because there is nothing else to do but exist.

I have spent countless hours after a bereavement to understand or at least attempt to understand consciousness etc. Having heard and read a lot of confusing and complicated explanations, I have found that THIS is the best explanation for me. You may not necessarily agree, 5 years ago I was the same but did not give up my pursuit. I am now convinced that I have chosen the right “ocean”. It is now a matter of diving deep - to my ability and satisfaction. I am sure that I may not find the bottom but would certainly see some fascinating things on the way. You may find a different one that appeals to you - the same truth rephrased in different words or the same words at a different time could make more sense. AK below has done a meaningful interpretation. Understanding Consciousness and Quantum physics keeps us on our toes, the moment we REALLY understand them - they have lost their charm, but we cannot give up the chase. They possibly mean the same. Very stupid at the end... Light can be known without looking at a reflection of it. It can be known by looking at it. For example when you look at sun you are not looking at reflection of sun light you are looking at sun light. I would say being aware that someone else has consciousness is like being aware of reflection of consciousness (sun light) and being aware of being aware is like looking at consciousness (sun light) Maybe consciousness has source like sun light has source (sun) I would say source of consciousness is Love and Love has no source and everything is Love and everything comes form Love. Love is the only truth everything else is illusion. Love is mystery, everything is mystery. Maybe consciousness does not have source maybe consciousness is Love and what we call consciousness is only part of that Love as free will is part of consciousness. There is no free will without consciousness there is no consciousness without love. All those... free will, consciousness, love are one. Water is wet. Love is consciousness, consciousness is free will.

What I am aware of, is that I am unaware of all the healings which start when I am injured...UNLESS I can see or feel the damage. So I, my self-aware consciousness, will know nothing of such happenings and so my body, heals itself without MY conscious knowledge. Programmed to do so, But NOT by me. Not by MY self-consciousness. These things happen daily inside me, on my back, in many unseen bodily places. This "subconscious" activity indicates a "duality", WITHIN this being called "me". "I", have no knowledge of what's going on and how to repair. So "I" reason, "I", am not the body, But AM, a part of it. Thoughts, I see as not solid, not physical. When my physical body sleeps, I am still "alive", But conscious in another realm, still "me", But in a different dimension. No pain, but all the emotions. I learn there. Talk with people, just like here. Am I out of body, elsewhere, because I often remember having to leave "there", to return "here"? That's when I awake. This must happen to all humans and maybe animals also. We don't know all that surrounds us. What our senses allow us, through sight, sound, touch, is so little of what is being discovered. Even with added technologies, we only recognise about 0.5% of light, sound and touch. So let no man say "he knows", because even the knowledge of it will need much learning before understanding is gained. Be humble with each other.

I agree, but I would kindly and respectfully like to submit that you missed the personal quotient, which we, IMO, couldn't rightly claim for ourselves if it were not also a divine reality, thus modifying your statement to say, "You and I are God experiencing self". IMO, "it" would be essentially (spiritually) "other", but there is no "essential other". An essential "other" would be a false categorization or illusion. This is where the "rift" or "fall" occurs, in my understanding, and is why man is and has been at war with "self", externally and internally, since the beginning. The belief that the "other" is not essentially the same as self. This is why Jesus said "Love your neighbor as your self" and "do to others as you would want them to do to you". On a natural level, it would be counterproductive, but spiritually, it's in perfect harmony with the reality.

Every cell is inductively coupled except for the red blood cells because their job is to circulate iron throughout the body to create the bodies magnetic field which connects all of your cells to your body and your bodies magnetic field connects to the earth's magnetic field. The source for all the energy in our solar system is the sun which in turn is inductively coupled to the magnetic field of the solar system and gets its energy from the galactic super sun.

And these people who've had NDE have told me to have seen some kind of bright light and going into a tunnel during those moments. Their lives changed forever (for good) after this experience. "Consciousness" is pure light/energy and light carries "cosmic data". Once you experience who YOU 'really' are, you will never be the same 'YOU' again.
I've experienced the same in Ayahuasca. The Brain does not generate consciousness, it receives consciousness.

Consciousness is not a thing or matter which is given or received by brain. It is all pervasive, most subtle , indestructible ever existing , ever active entity ,covering the entire Universe. According to Upanishads, it is only Knower of everything and can not be known because of it's most subtle nature and there is no place where it is not there. This is called Bramhan( derived from the word' Brihat' in sanskrit , means biggest) and by various other names in other languages and in other countries, such as God, Allah etc.It is Prana or life force ( which is one of the manifestations of Consciousness) that is received in our body and gives energy to brain and other limbs to function. In order to have scientific understanding of Consciousness, one may read Upanishads( under the guidance of a learned Guru) without any religious bias.

I may require somebody to say" You are no more" but I don't require anybody to say " You are existing" because my existence itself is the proof of my Consciousness. You may compare Consciousness to Light in a Tube or Bulb. When the Tube or Bulb is broken into pieces, name and form of these things may disappear but nothing happens to Light. There will not be any change in the Light. In the same way, when somebody dies, his or her body disappears but the all-pervasive Consciousness remains as it is. Consciousness is abstract like our feelings such as Happiness, Sadness,Sweetness etc which can be experienced or perceived but can not be seen by or shown to anybody. Since it is all pervasive,it exists in you , in me, in everybody and everything. This is the reason why our spiritual leaders have told " God is within you", "Tatwamasi" (meaning ' That God is you').The all pervasive Universal Consciousness is called in sanskrit as "Parama Atma" ( Supreme being) and when this Consciousness manifests in individual beings,it is called as Jeevatma. The original nature of Consciousness is Purity, and when the impurities of our Mind (Mind is called as Anthahkarana which is like curtain or mirror) are removed by us , Consciousness will be evident to Self and this individual " I" or " Self" will be dissolved in Supreme Universal Consciousness after death and some great people through meditation, experience this Consciousness when they are alive. I hope, your doubts about the concept of Consciousness are cleared now.

@@tombraider1970 You just waved a magic wand over the term consciousness, and made free will and love its parents? Free will is mostly an illusion. Nearly everything you do is based on the culture you are born into. What you believe, what you wear, what you eat, when you eat and your superstitions, if you have those, are all based on your family's culture, your neighborhoods culture and your nations culture. Most people spend more time choosing which car to drive than they do which religion to follow. Most people just follow what their family does, unless they run into some other influence, like changing religions for marriage or running into someone like the Dali Lama. Even then is it really free will driving you to change paths or some other personal desire? If you pursue a personal need that is not fulfilled by your family's beliefs, is that free will?
What kind of person you are attracted to is also ingrained directly or indirectly by your culture, but if you are gay or bi-sexual is that free will? You don't eat tarantula spiders everyday to you, why not, free wil?, Oh my god, what your family say?
An angry terrorist, is mostly a victim of circumstances that slowly lead them to a radicalization and a warped view of the world. They don't wake up one day and say I think that blowing myself up would be fun!
Consciousness, does not require love or free will. The most evil people in human history were also conscious. How can you love someone if you are not conscious, but one can be conscious and not love anyone?
Sometimes you can't explain why you believe what you do, so you could never honestly call it free will. Even the "black sheep" of the family whom no one understands, is driven by something far more powerful than just free will. There is something that happened that caused them to not want to follow their family's culture.

That’s pretty badass for 3minutes, except for the last part of it being able to experience itself. Consciousness doesn’t need a “thing” to know itself. It can however experience the physical universe. Best guy to break this down is Rupert Spira. Longer than 3 minutes but done w/mastery.

Consciousness can only experience itself in the waking and in the dream state, not in deep sleep. That is what he meant.

If we have no body still the soul exists and in subtle manner. And when we have this body we react always to surrounding vibrations of other souls mostly.Maya keeps us tiedup with it and the one with body just be able to be with the supream soul GOD he gets wonderful inner peace and joy of life much better than food ,Ego satisfaction ,Sexual pleasure or any material thing and that pleasure is called yoga with God and then your entanglement with godly bless you actually get everything within. And their after you start getting touching for your life and if you could sustain in such a good inner bless you start getting extraordinary powers which Hindu Gods possessed as it is said and in Vedas to attain all such states you have Yagnya,Mantra and meny more ways or paths.
Unfortunately hardly anyone gets the right track and get blessed.
Maya we call distracts us from being like that and our own habits disturbs our own state of mind thus we have to sufer and the only key is to follow exactly as it is stated in the Vedas like formulas in life and get blessed and begin our spiritual voyage.

Consciousness is domain of the ego. Good luck with any answers about consciousness.
Ask truly and truth will correct all errors you ever made.
No teaching can ever explain it or pass it on. And to sustain the knowledge part of us that feels needs to be free from mind’s control. That is the hard part. There is more knowing -bellow- than that which comes from “the above”

Consciousness is pure, untouched. When it comes in contact with indriya i.e. reality or perception of outer world it manifests as ego. Pure consciousness hides behind ego. Put some sand in water, stir it and then leave it... When the sand sediments at bottom all you see is pure water. Similarly when ego sublimes what's left is pure consciousness. Fully agree with second part, one should walk the path to understand it.

Our Consciousness is part of Universal consciousness. Universal consciousness is GOD, no person. It is the Divine love at the heart of the universe which creates LIFE, the Universe, by emanating Itself into the stars and planets, trees and flowers and all of the creatures, the Souls on the planets, even including human beings.
