In Italy we use paracetamol and thiocolchicoside (muscoril). I know that pain. Hope Lonnie feels better!

I e suffered chronic back pain for years. So many meds and most days the pain is still unbearable 😢 i just had spinal injections this morning but they dont so any good either 😢 hope you feel better soon
Better Living through Modern Pharmaceuticals! I tweaked my back badly for the first time back in 1983 (while in the Navy) and every so often the wrong twist or lifts puts me right back in the same painful condition and I reach for the muscle relaxers too. 😉
Some of those muscle relaxers make ya kind a happy 😀

Elvis (in his prime) singing Love me Tender to a crowd of women, tossing their panties on the stage, would likely qualify. Then there's Don Ho, Engelbert Humperdinck and other similar singers women (of a certain age) find romantic/attractive.

I live with a bad back. When I wake up, I wonder what hell my body will surprise me with that day. Get it taken care of if it lasts more than a day.

Feel your pain mate. Have back pain at moment (old ambos back) which I can't take anything for due to current cancer treatment. Usually I can walk it out but not this time.
Go to a chiropractor and a physical therapist.

I've had chronic back problems because of a car accident. Ive gone every route and going to the regular doctor is just going to get you a lot of pills that won't fix you. Get yourself to a chiropractor and a physical therapist. A good session with a physical therapist will really help muscle and fascia problems and if you're experiencing this because your back is out of whack a good chiropractor can fix that. If you've never gone you'll be surprised how much you can get out of place and not realize it. One bone out a little can give you tons of pain, muscle spasms, nerve pain, tingling and numbness, etc. I hope you feel better soon. Ice packs might also help if your muscle is swollen at all.
Great vid guys! I read 9 of Robert Jordan's books. I think there's more than a dozen of them but I lost interest because the story never came to an end. I think he's just milking a cash cow.
