Hungary is the the freest and most secure country in europe, which is why I left France to come and live in Budapest. Knowing that my children go to school to be educated with good principles without being racketed by North Africans or having to chat with transsexuals between two grammar lessons is a wonderful thing and I thank Viktor Orban for that !!!

We were ruled by Hungary for hundreds of years - Croatia. Some of our most known historical figures died defending Hungarian towns over the centuries. Which tells me our ancestors must have had great respect for Hungarians, like we do as well today.
As an Eastern European citizen living near Hungarian border on the Slovak side.... I was never happier that we have Hungarians so close. It makes me feel safe. As a Hungarian I would not say that. He has a great view of the world politics but unfortunately our currency crashed more after the ukranian war than the ukranian currency, we have the biggest inflation in Europe. On the other hand he is so corrupt, he buys everything related to government owned things with his close friends, family, etc. I used to attend to a primary school where the ceiling was falling down after a storm, and they promised us like 5-6 years ago that we will get a new school. Now, they cancelled the construction because lack of money, but they built a school in Romania which had the same funds like our school. The school, kindergarten teachers have been striking for years because of the embarassing low wage they get. There are a lot of teachers out here who cannot save or invest any money, because they live from day to day because they are so poor. Not everything is as shiny as it seems. He is a great old fashioned leader and there should be more of him, but to live in Hungary is far harder than it seems.

As as foreigner who lives in Hungary for almost 2 years now, I'm so happy that Orbán is the leader in these turbulent times. If you listened to his speech at the Tranzit festival just 1 week ago, from how he spoke you would agree that he really does care about his country, he is not pretending like so many politicians. He does not seed hate speeches. He loves the Hungarian culture, language (but also respect others) and thinks ahead. I was in Budapest recently during the celebrations mentioned and it is a lovely clean tidy city with polite well-behaved people - very safe and affordable. The only problem is that so many young people smoke, but apparently there used to be more, they are working on this. I come from Hungarian decent. My grand parents came over during WWII. They didn’t speak English. They prided themselves in learning the language and being part of the American culture. My grandfather owned a jewelry business in downtown Cleveland. He was a master with watches and diamonds (he had a law degree from Hungary). They never complained. Worked hard. We were ruled by Hungary for hundreds of years - Croatia. Some of our most known historical figures died defending Hungarian towns over the centuries. Which tells me our ancestors must have had great respect for Hungarians, like we do as well today.

If I were Hungarian, I would vote for Viktor Orban. He's like the smart uncle in the family who really knows what's best for the family.
As a Hungarian I would not say that. He has a great view of the world politics but unfortunately our currency crashed more after the ukranian war than the ukranian currency, we have the biggest inflation in Europe. On the other hand he is so corrupt, he buys everything related to government owned things with his close friends, family, etc.
I used to attend to a primary school where the ceiling was falling down after a storm, and they promised us like 5-6 years ago that we will get a new school. Now, they cancelled the construction because lack of money, but they built a school in Romania which had the same funds like our school.
The school, kindergarten teachers have been striking for years because of the embarassing low wage they get. There are a lot of teachers out here who cannot save or invest any money, because they live from day to day because they are so poor.
Not everything is as shiny as it seems. He is a great old fashioned leader and there should be more of him, but to live in Hungary is far harder than it seems.

How can people be optimistic in Hungary. Only 23% of the educated support Orban and he is clearly corrupt and it was only after huge protests, he could not give Hungarian land for free to China. In his young years he was a democrat promoting freedom of press, freedom of expression and an independent judicial. In the past years he has limited the freedom of speech and press and he is now trying to implement a law where he can overrule the courts as he want to. This sound like the beginning of Hitler. In an ideal world, the EU should just exclude Hungary and that would be the end of Hungary, as 82% of their exports go to EU countries.

As as foreigner who lives in Hungary for almost 2 years now, I'm so happy that Orbán is the leader in these turbulent times. If you listened to his speech at the Tranzit festival just 1 week ago, from how he spoke you would agree that he really does care about his country, he is not pretending like so many politicians. He does not seed hate speeches. He loves the Hungarian culture, language (but also respect others) and thinks ahead. I don't agree with him on 100% of the points but he is probably the best PM Hungary had in years.

In case you missed it: ORBAN did this: 1. destroyed independent journalism 2. destroyed indepenedent court system 3. destroyed oppositional parties by instituting draconian laws 4. almost got hungary kicked out of EU for being non-democratic state.
For a Hungarian, living in the Netherlands, this interview feels almost like a unique PRESENT!!! I did not expect this!!! What a privilege and a joy at the same time!!
I can only feel the UTMOST RESPECT for Mr. Orbán and Mr. Tucker, their personalities and their views!
You cannot imagine how often Mr. Orbán is being INSULTED AND HUMILIATED by the western leaders and the media m0b for trying to take a NEUTRAL stance on the Ukrainian war, just like Sweden did in WWII.
And....... especially by the EU GOVERNMENT, for trying to PROTECT his country against an UN-ENDING STREAM of refugees and displaced persons from Africa and the Middle-East, which would cause a lot of problems in Hungary in terms of public security and situations of uncertainty.
Mr. Orban is more than aware of the fact that the present uncontrolled influx of illegal immigrants could lead to the destruction of Hungary's civilian and CHRISTIAN property like it meanwhile does in many other European countries like Scandinavia, Italy, France and the Netherlands!!!!
And last but not least: Mr. Orban is even threatened for his sincere attempts to protect his Christian country, ESPECIALLY THE CHILDREN, against the MADNESS and DESTRUCTIVE IMPACT
of the "🌈 worshippers", which should be STOPPED at all costs!!!..........
Nevertheless I really fear that Mr. Orban will only be capable of reaching his goals if
MR. TRUMP will be RE-ELECTED as PRESIDENT of US, predident Trump has ALWAYS supported Mr. Orban, contrary to the despicable EU

If you are truly Hungarian, then you will know about Orban being bribed by China in exchange for giving free Hungarian land to the Chinese. It was only after major protests, Orban back peddled. You would also know that less than 23% of the educated population supports Orban, but I suspect that you belong to the uneducated category.

Will never forget my two week holiday with Dutch friends who live there in a small village in beautiful rural Hungary. People were kind, it was peaceful, relaxed, safe, clean, beautiful, tolerant, divers and...Hungarian😊🎉 Including beautiful Budapest.
I was in Budapest recently during the celebrations mentioned and it is a lovely clean tidy city with polite well-behaved people - very safe and affordable. The only problem is that so many young people smoke, but apparently there used to be more, they are working on this.
This guy is a very credible leader compared to just about any western leader right now....

They even says that Budapest is fallen, which is actually not true, Budapest is good, developing and well managed.
A real figure and wise man, I like how he speaks: precise, accurate, correct and calm. Also like how unbiased he is, unlike many other politicians, he doesn't put labels, doesnt follow foreign ideology.

I come from Hungarian decent. My grand parents came over during WWII. They didn’t speak English. They prided themselves in learning the language and being part of the American culture. My grandfather owned a jewelry business in downtown Cleveland. He was a master with watches and diamonds (he had a law degree from
Hungary). They never complained. Worked hard. They realized the American dream. Today, they would be disappointed with this country. It truly is sad.
My paternal grandparents immigrated from Hungary and I am so proud.
