I got rid of a very expensive studio desk in favor of a height-adjustable workspace that is bigger, deeper, and 1500 bucks cheaper.

Very nice. I have a similar set up. It took quite a while to get it the way it is. A lot of thought. My keyboard is not heavy so it's on a drawer type pull out that's attached to the motorized desk. Like you said, good for sitting or standing.
