Mine dont work when I wanted to use it for the first time. It makes loud vibrating sound like something blocking the water to steam out(??) and no steam came out even after I tried to do the preheat for more than 30 mins 😠😡

That’s a bummer. We have had good luck with ours. Hopefully you can return it or replace it!
