Compressor Overheating | Split ac Not working | Capillary blockage & Solenoid Valve Issue
नमस्कार साथियों
यह मशिन #LGSplitAC है जिसमें हमें शिकायत मिल रही थी कि दिन में कम्प्रेशर गरम होकर बन्द हो जाता है और साम को थोडा सा चलता है लेकिन रात में अच्छा कुलिंग करता है।यानी ऐसा शिकायत सुनकर दिमाग थोडा चक्कर खा गया कि आखिर ऐसा कैसे हो सकता है? फिर मशिन को चेक किया तो पाया कि कन्डेन्शर आउटलेट में #कैपलरी लगी हो दो की संख्या में जिसमें से गैस का फ्लो आधा हो रहा है जिससे रात में तो प्रेशर किसी तरह मैनेज ईर लेता है लेकिन धुप ज्यादा होने से दिन में प्रेशर भी हाई हो जा रहा है जिससे कन्डेन्शर व कम्प्रेशर दोनो गरम होकर कुछ देर के लिए बन्दहो जा रहा है।फिर इस समस्या को कैसे ठिक किया आप सभी देख सकते हैं। मैं #सोलेनाईड वाल्व भी निकालकर डायरेक्ट कर दिया और मैगनेटिक कन्टैक्टर भी निकालकर नया लगाया जिससे मशिन अब काफी कुलिंग फेक रहा है।

yah mashin #lgsplitach hai jisamen hamen shikaayat mil rahee thee ki din mein kampreshar garam hokar band ho jaata hai aur saam ko thoda sa chalata hai lekin raat mein achchha kuling karata hai.yaanee aisa shikaayat sunakar dimaag thoda chakkar kha gaya ki aakhir aisa kaise ho sakata hai? phir mashin ko chek kiya to paaya ki kandenshar aautalet mein #kaipalaree lagee ho do kee sankhya mein jisamen se gais ka phlo aadha ho raha hai jisase raat mein to preshar kisee tarah mainej eer leta hai lekin dhup jyaada hone se din mein preshar bhee haee ho ja raha hai jisase kandenshar va kampreshar dono garam hokar kuchh der ke lie bandaho ja raha hai.phir is samasya ko kaise thik kiya aap sabhee dekh sakate hain. main #solenaeed vaalv bhee nikaalakar daayarekt kar diya aur maiganetik kantaiktar bhee nikaalakar naya lagaaya jisase mashin ab kaaphee kuling phek raha hai.

Hello friends,
this machine is #LGSplitAC, in which we were getting complaints that the compressor gets heated up during the day and shuts down and runs a little in the evening but cools well at night. how is it possible? Then checked the machine and found that the condenser outlet has #capillary in the number of two, out of which the flow of gas is halved, due to which the pressure is somehow managed at night, but due to excessive sunlight, the pressure is also high during the day. Due to which both condenser and compressor get heated and shut down for some time. Then you all can see how this problem was fixed. I removed the #solenoid valve and made it direct and also removed the magnetic contactor and installed a new one, due to which the machine is now throwing a lot of cooling.

Waise jis mashin pe kam kiya hun wo mashin avi tak behtrin chal raha hai .mai samjh raha tha ki successful nahi hga but real fault tha ki ak capillary block tha to chal es liye raha tha ki environment ka temperature thoda kam tha but full garmi ka mausam suru hote hi head pressure hight me jaker compressor ko over heat ker de raha tha.

Bhai carrier ka purana wala duct ac h jisme indoor unit mein orifice laga hua h aur outdoor without capillary wala system h,,suction pressure 70 ya 80 dalna padta coolin ke liye,, toh iske ke liye koi jugaad h?? Ya ham capillary ka system laga sktey hain kya?

Sir package unit m high pressur 300 ajata hai split ac ka highr pressur 90 horha guide kriye sir

Yes split me high side 80-90 ata hai, window me bhi lagbhag same , wahi pkg me 280-300-330 psi , ya ductable ac ho jo 4 ton ka usme bhi 280-290 psi high side show kerta hai.
Pkg me agar 2 compressor sath ho ya alag alag tab bhi 290-300 psi ata hai.

Dekhiye portable ac ka compressor agar trip karne me 20-30 minut leta hai to senser check kijiye ,capacitor thik hai to chek kijiye ki uska OLP , jyda heat to nahi ho raha hai .heat ho raha hoga to OLP change ker dijiye .agar us machine me OLP external laga hoga to.
Condeser coil ki condition check kijiye ki kya wo dusty hai , agar han to deep clean kijiye yani har point per check karna hoga kahi na kahi fault mil hi jayega

Un logo ne reason kya bataya compressor change kerne ka? Kya compressor grounding hain? Kya compressor ka terminal dead hai? Kya compressor pumping less hai ? Kya starting time high amp bata raha hai?kya start hi nahi ho raha hai? Ya compressor bar bar garam hoker band ho ja raha hai?esme se hi koi reason hoga tak jaker compressor change kerte hain .
Unse puchiyega reason kya hai

Dekhiye ye bat sahi hai agar ap ac technician me ate hain .aur jo jo sawal bhi interview me pucha gya hai apne sahi sahi jabab de bhi diya hai to gulf me jane ke bad physicaly test ke sath work test bhi hota hai jo kabhi kabhi practycaly hota hai aur kabhi kabhi question answr hota hai. But app ghabraye na himat se kam le ghabrane se jo kam jante hain wo bhi bhul jayenge . Full confident se kam le. Gulf me ane se pahle thodi bahut youtube pe hi kuch video dekhker sikh sakte hain ki kya kya pucha jata hai. Aur yaha ane ke bad bhi full confident me rahe dar me akar kisi bhi interview ko na face kare. Hamesa exam lene wala technician ka confident aur body activity se hi pahchan jata hai ki work exprience kitna hai.

اس کا جو اپ نے ریورسنگ وال تبدیل کیا ہے وہ اپکو نہیں کرنا چاہیے تھا ۔ریورسینگ وال اک کا ٹھیک تھا اپ کو بس سسٹم کو واش کرنا تھا اور کیپلری کو تبدیل کرنا تھا ،اس کے علاوہ اپ نے کمپیریسر سے پائپ اتارنے کے بغیر اپ نے سسٹم کو واش کیا ہے یہ بھی اپ نے غلظ کیا ہے کمپیریسر کا جو ائل ہے وہ بھی باہر اجاتا ہے
