I work for the Alaska Satellite Facility and was the principal engineer behind the design of the ASF RTC products. The DEM files included with the ALOS PALSAR RTC products is oversampled from lower resolution sources - SRTM, NED1, NED2, and in some places NED13.
These DEMs are not a new product created from ALOS data

Hello. I am interested in the SE part of Europe. When I first checked the Alos Palsar products, back in 2018, there were some parts missing in Romania and the gaps concerned my study area. Could you explain how the satellites are passing and why those gaps and if the coverage is better now, in 2019 - 2020 than before 2019? Thank you!

when i add the 12.5 file to arc map it is imported correctly,, however i cant do fill and fill direction on it.. i can do hill shade or other function but the fill is not working keep giving me error... do you know why??

You could purchase 5m IFSAR data from JUPEM, Malaysia
