* Tilapia fish
* Fresh Parsley
* Curry leaves
* 6 cloves of garlic
* 1 onion
* Peppers: combination of shombo/bawa & scotch bonnets.
* 1 Red bell pepper
DRY RUB
* 1tbsp onion powder
* 1tbsp cayenne pepper
* 1/2 tbsp paprika
* 1/2 tbsp curry powder
* 1tbsp fish seasoning
* 1tbsp crayfish seasoning

I tried it and it was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, I brought it out a bit early and found that the middle wasn’t done yet. Had to put it back in the oven for a few more minutes and my toddler was so upset because he was enjoying it😂
I’m so glad I tried this. Tastes even better than the ones we buy in the restaurants 👍🏾
