LESSONS LEARNT

Throughout my journey in the real estate industry *12 years to be exact, I've encountered lots of different school of thoughts and ideas about the industry. Plus sometimes there are just so many different gurus different different theories.
However, I've came to understand these few rules on my own after going through some weird stories and I would like to share them with you guys. Please be informed these are just one person's point of view and I'm not imposing them on anyone=)

Sound advice from an experienced guy who had gone through the mill.Those who bought condos above 500k for rental purposes are now regretting.If monthly instalments are not paid, the banks will go after you like a hound dog.
