Chrysler 200 with a smoking problem!

In this video were working on a 2014 chrysler 200, our customer complaint is heavy smoke from exhaust, the pcm came up with a code for a lean condition and on inspection we found a broken pcv valve causing a vacuum leak and pulling oil into intake, as well as a bad valve cover gasket seal, extremely worn spark plugs, and we do some regular maintenance including oil change, and air filter replacement
