- Hi, my name is Junaid. I'm a youtuber based in Lahore Pakistan. This is the forth episode of my Kalash Valley travelog. Thanks to Destida for the opportunity. I had the best time of my life. This episode gives a close look at the Bamburet Valley. How people live here. Their houses, their animals. I also went to the river side. It was beautiful. Water was blue and refreshing. I also witnessed Chilam Joshi Festival which was much bigger in scale than the last one I saw at Rumbur valley. The experience was mind blowing. I would definitely go and visit these valleys again.
I want to thank Tajwer Khalid, the CEO of Destida and 25 other people in the bus who made my trip extraordinary.

Wonderful documentary. Didn't know their areas were open for travellers. I only hope Islamic culture and urdu will not destroy their way of life. Seems like the younger generation are learning Urdu as their first language instead of their mother tongue and almost everyday one or another Kalash person get converted to Islam.
I hope they will exist with their own unique culture, religion and language without any threats from neighbouring Islamic ethnic groups.
