No. The UK is corrupt. We're rich because people have money from a period in history where it paid to milk human misery for greed. That money exists along with the people who sit on top of it. Even new money in the UK is wasted, Norway have oil and gas fields like us and yet they have benefited whereas our resources are pumped into the private market and into the pockets of the greedy.
