ചേട്ടാ , ആ കുഞ്ഞു load sensing transformer ന്റെ അരികിൽ കാണുന്ന bridge rectifier , zener diode ആയിരിക്കില്ല ,zener diode ന്റെ അതേ package ൽ വരുന്ന 1N 4148 (fast recovery signal diode) ആയിരിക്കാനെ സാധ്യത ഉള്ളു...
പിന്നെ അതിൽ No load cutoff സിസ്റ്റം remove ചെയ്യാൻ ബോർഡിൽ R19 ൽ കിടക്കുന്ന റെസിസ്റ്റർ remove ചെയ്താൽ മതി എന്നാണ് തോന്നുന്നെ..
ഇതേ same chipset (ഈ board topology കണ്ടിട്ട് അത് തന്നെയാണ് എന്നു തോന്നുന്നു) ഉള്ള ഒരു iball ന്റെ UPS ന്റെ No Load Cutoff സിസ്റ്റം ഞാൻ remove ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്...
പരീക്ഷണം ഒക്കെ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ Lead acid ബാറ്ററി നേരിട്ട് കൊടുത്തു test ചെയ്യുന്നതിനേക്കാൾ ,bench power supply യിൽ ഒരു 1 or 2 amps current ലിമിറ്റ് ചെയ്തു ടെസ്റ്റിംഗ് ചെയ്താൽ എന്തേലും അപാകത ഉണ്ടായാൽ components കേടാകില്ല..

Same board എന്റെ അടുത്തും ഉണ്ട്. അത് ഞാൻ കൂടുതൽ ബാക്കപ്പ് കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ യൂസ് ചെയ്യുമ്പോ കിട്ടുവാൻ 12ah ബാറ്ററി ഉപയോഗിച്ചു പക്ഷെ അതിലെ R41 നമ്പർ റെസിസ്റ്റർ കരിഞ്ഞു പോയി.. എനിക്ക് ആ റെസിസ്റ്റർ വാല്യൂ കാണാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല എത്ര ohm ആണെന്ന് പറയാമോ..? പിന്നെ no ലോഡ് കട്ട്‌ ഓഫ്‌ ഡിസേബിൾ ചെയ്യാൻ എത്ര വോൾട്ട് ആണ് കൊടുക്കേണ്ടത് വീഡിയോയിൽ പറഞ്ഞ പോയിന്റിൽ? വ്യക്തമായില്ല. അതെങ്ങനെ കൊടുക്കും എന്നും കൂടെ പറഞ്ഞാൽ ഉപകാരം ആയിരുന്നു.

എൻ്റെ കൈയിൽ zebronics ൻ്റേ പഴയ ഒരു ups ഉണ്ട് അത് ഉപയോഗിക്കാതെ ഇരുന്നു ബാറ്ററി പോയിരുന്നു. ഇന്നു ups തപ്പിയെടുത്ത് ഒരു ബാറ്ററി ( 35 ah old കാർ ബാറ്ററി ആണ് ചെറിയ dc solar system ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട് അതിൻ്റെത് ) കൊടുത്തു നോക്കി ups switch on ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ഓണകുമ്പോൾ ഉള്ള ബീപ് ശബ്ദം കേൾക്കുകയും ഉടൻ തന്നെ ഓഫ് ആയി പോകുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു (ഒരു ടിക്ക് ശബ്ദം കൂടി കേൾക്കുന്നുണ്ട്) . Ups nte load il oru led light കൊടുത്തപ്പോൾ ഈ ഓൺ ചെയ്യുന്ന സമയം led ചെറുതായി ഒന്നും മിന്നി കത്തും. എന്ത് പറ്റിയത് ആയിരിക്കും..
