James, you're the man! Been lurking around and DCA'd MSTR all of 2022-2023 and got back in SOL this summer at $25 and coverted all my ETH to SOL at $42. Just aped into PYTH once I saw Trading View was using it's data feeds.

chainlink has 711 price feeds on 17 chains. Good video (I have a pyth bag myself) but seriously underrepresnting what Chainlink is. LINK has been far more than an oracle for price feeds since 2020. CCIP, VRF, Functions etc are extremely valuable uses far beyond price feeds. additionally LINK has a much great circulating supply than Pyth currently does, the fully diluted MC of pyth is already like 1/3 of Links. I have pyth and expect it to go up a lot, and am using it as a hedge esp in the SOL ecosystem, but I do not expect it to outperform my LINK bags by a long shot
If you were buying at today prices, which would you buy? PYTH is at 2.5B - 3B today undiluted for 2025. It's the shiny new thing on SOL. I missed the 2023 pump and most solid projects have left the station. I'm considering a 50% PYTH bag for a 10x. LINK did a 22B market cap in 2021, so I'm thinking 7x-10x for Pyth from $.4 cents/$.6B mc = $2.80 - $4 PYTH in 2025? risky?

Great video! But are you not concerned that the PYTH tokens role within the Pyth network is just for Governance at this moment in time? Im not sure that was mentioned in the video. Compared to LINK where the token is used for the actual network activity. Hopefully they have a lot more planned for the actual token. Would like to get your take on that

Love you and your channel, but I have to say I am very confused by this video. First it isn't in the top 100 which you always seem to require. In addition, it only has 15% of total supply currently in circulation. It has a fairly aggressive unlock schedule. It isn't on any major exchanges. Complex to use. These all seem to go against what you advocate. I hope you see this and reply.

It's new, only been released 3/4 days, but James spotted the potential straight away as it could be a game changer.

@@lkasdlf I disagree, this is like unearthing Solana on 4/13/2020 at 90 cents (4 days after launch). When you prepare a table comparing both companies, PYTH is 4 days old while LINK was launched in June 2017, and with what PYTH has done pre-launch, i see great things. It is only 45 cents a token, $450 (costs of a teak dinner at my local resto) will get me 1000 tokens. Good luck to all!

I think it’s hard to compare Pyth with link unless they get collaborations with DTCC and SWIFT , and I believe LINK can do some other things that PYTH can’t do , but if PYTH gets collaborations with DTCC and Swift then it’s game over PYTH to the moon

Just as Link improved on Qnt, Pyth is improving on Link, it's the nature of tech, always moving forward with improvement, Pyth will get its collaborations, it's still very early, Link is well established, once DTCC and SWIFT see what Pyth can do as compared to Link, it's common business practice to side with the supplier/tech that will provide the most enhancement to the end product.

Thanks for this one. Very nice work on this project! I have 3 observations;
- One thing you could mention is the quality of the airdrop, plenty of ppl got 500-3000$ which is really super great for lots of us. Its even life changing for some people in some poor country. For this wealth distribution, Pyth became an hero of the community, and for me thats is the most bullish sign you can ever think of.
- One other thing , is im concerned about the token itself, i understand the distribution release which is super great, but what does the token itself do ? Is it a share ? Is it just a gov token ? I like gov tokens, some protocols made super nice designs, and real sci-fi governance over there; but to me unique usecase gov token are worthless (simple economic model thinking) maybe in future, we need improvement to the "bigger bag get it all" or a huge investors community like Cosmos for ex.
- Last thing is i paired Pyth too , but not with SOL, with USDC, in ORCA farms (getting 7% week over there) , you have some ORCA farms up in Pyth/Sol

Awesome vid...love the alpha. I think it's difficult to draw comparison between Link and Pyth, but the data around blockchain integration, diversity and use cases are solid.
If Link continue's to develop its partnership with DTCC and manages to integrate meaningfully into that $2.5 quadrillion settlement layer value, then it could be astounding. Link could deliver value that would appreciate its future MC higher than BTC.
I mean c'mon a $30 Link cycle top.. you must be absolutely joking - a bear case of $20?? The price is sitting at over $14 today y'all know right. It's going just over 1x from here??.. forgetabout it!!!
