Pink Petal Teacake sounds like its right up your ally. I didn't love it at first, but it grew on me. Now i always have to have it on hand bc of it's strength & versatility. u can burn it any time of the day or year.

I agree with them all-especially Fireside, which I am burning now! 🔥 Back in my dating days I bought Tuxedo Nights as a gift for a guy with whom I was in a long distance relationship. Lesson learned: never try to fly with a candle in your carryon luggage! 🤣 He loved it! Now I am married (not the same guy). My husband’s favorite is Paris Cafe (on your list of course). I also like French Baguette for men.

Thank you for this review. The only one of these that I have is Paris Cafe...which I love! It reminds me of waking up when I was a kid and my mom would be downstairs brewing coffee. I don’t drink coffee but this scent is so nostalgic for me. I’ve been considering mahogany teakwood and fresh balsam. But I’m concerned about them possibly being too strong for me in a way that I wouldn’t like. Based on this review I may buy fresh balsam on candle day. I have an artificial tree and I’d like to have a tree smell at Christmas. This year I bought a eucalyptus lavender scent. It was their special lavender collection. I’ve diffused doterra essential oils for years. I like eucalyptus and I know a little goes a long way. I love lavender but it is also very overpowering in the wrong amount. I think the candle was so over scented that it took away the enjoyment. So all of these candles with eucalyptus are giving me pause. I sometimes diffuse eucalyptus in the bathroom to clear my sinuses while I shower. I could maybe use the candle I have in a similar manner. Perhaps the moisture in the air will soften it. 🤷🏾♀️ anyway, great review...as always. I learn so much from your vast candle experience.
Thanks for sharing! Totally get the coffee scent association. Yea, Mahogany Teakwood and Fresh Balsam are pretty strong - perhaps you could try the single wick versions? I would also recommend Vanilla Balsam which is a more toned down, but sweet and creamy vanilla-infused version of Fresh Balsam, which is simply excellent.
Yaasssss pumpkin fireside. I am excited to try regular fireside if it comes out again this year. The last time I smelled it years ago I hated it but I’ve grown to like smoky scents. Also, so basic but I love fresh balsam! It’s a classic. Sweater weather is also great and unisex. Good call! By the way, have you ever tried burning sweater weather plus cider lane at the same time? It’s awesome.
Same! I didn't like Fireside initially either but have also grown to like smoky scents. And ooh that sounds like a good combo with SW + CL. The PocketBac of SW has a touch of spice in it that I love, so I used to burn SW with Cinnamon Bark and it was amazing.
This is such a good idea for a video! When you really think about it they have a fair amount of unisex candles like bergamot waters, limoncello, mineral springs, orange ginger, crisp morning air, snow mountain lodge etc I wish they’d bring back a leather candle I know they’ve made a few different leather candles before. I’d love if they made a 3 wick of the Atlantic body care. That’s my bfs favorite.
I love a lot of these candles, anything pine, woodsy or smokey is right up my alley. Really been enjoying the new Pumpkin Bonfire and so has my fiance, I hope it comes back again. I've had Fresh Fall Morning in my cart for a while but haven't bought it yet but now I want it.
So I have been working with bath & body works for years and I happen to be a man and I have bought thousands of different bath & body works candles in my lifetime so to piggy back off what you said I would add frozen lake coffee and whiskey mountain teakwood leather and brandy bergamot waters and any mens body care scented candles would be good mens ones as well
Great content! Sweater weather and fresh balsam are absolutely beautiful. The underlying sweetness adds the perfect depth in my opinion. I do enjoy Paris Cafe as well on occasion. I have never been able to tolerate mahogany teakwood. Maybe if burned for a brief amount of time but to me it never fails that the people that love it want to burn it until the paint is melting off walls and to me it has a faint and off putting scent to it at it's core. Like cat urine in a back alley. Lol
I've been burning the Pumpkin clove and it's my number one fall candle for 2020. The others I've eyed are Acorn lane and the Pumpkin spice latte. I've already written up my list for the Holiday candles - the one I'm most excited for is Tree Farm. I've enjoyed today's video.
Citron & Cedarwood from 2016 has to be my absolute favorite, its so nicely balanced, a little sweet and soft but still mostly a green/woodsy cologne scent!

I just did another haul today. The candles I really wanted were gone but I got some and they smell absolutely yummy! I got some more fall body care but this time the fall womanly floral scents and they are amazing. I had to get the Dahlia because people keep talking about it and it is beautifully elegant.
I hope they bring back regular “Teakwood” I purchased that a year ago and haven’t seen it since. I love it because it’s not as strong as mahogany teakwood and it’s similar to Autumn Woods.

Thanks for the Mandle info. Not the biggest fan of Mahogany Teakwood or Fresh Balsam but I love the 2 together as Mahogany Balsam! Pumpkin Bonfire is my JAM. I don’t like the idea that certain candle scents are geared toward women vs men. Smell should be a fluid concept, just like color. I roll my eyes when BBW plays on these gender stereotypes. I’m a guy and want Pink Fairy Gumdrop!
