This level started off like any other pseudo glitch level, but eventually it did become chaos, this level creator is talented, *_he can do anything_* in SMM 2

Most of this is just regular custom scroll trickery...
But the pipe re-enters and the cp2 setup, those were really good.

In fact: No. The unbreakable block at the end is the flagpole block (that is unbreakable). The flagpole is hidden in the slope. It is unreachable, unless you go giant Mario. Giant Mario have a larger hitbox, and his hitbox go inside the slope, reaching the tip of the flagpole.

@@warpear3330 It is a trick. I think there is are 5 halfscreens same pipe level (let say A, B, C, D and E). The game allows the camera to lock into 2 halfscreens. For example, you see at 0:49 A-B when you went from pipe A. But you see at 1:12 B-C when you went from pipe B (the 10 coins at C wasn't collected yet). 1:30 is still B-C (10 coins collected). 1:46 is C-D (10 coins at D wasn't collected). 2:08 is D-E. But the door allow to lock the other way and you go back. Also, there is also duplicate under level with the auto-switching on/off switch. 2:18 is C-D, 2:29 is A-B. You may also notice a little difference between the room by looking at the "mount" in the background that "moves" between screens.

Nintendo should add the 'glitch' tag, these levels have become quite legendary.
Since I can’t make a politics free example, I will just say they will just hunt the levels down.
there are no glitches in this level, they are just tricky scroll stops and the unbreakable block is the flagpole

It does a good job of throwing you off, thinking how the person got pipes to lead to another, like overlapping pipes as you could in the first SMM. But really it’s just more illusions involving areas that look alike and the auto-scrolling.
This may be true, but how would you recreate such a thing with custom auto scroll? I get that there are similar rooms but how do you stop the room from scrolling if there is no complete scroll stop on the very right?
Fire Owl playz I have yet to create any levels making strong use of it, but I have tested how it works. As far as I know, scrolling stops when you have one straight wall from the very top & bottom of a level. (Left & right if it’s a vertical). I have to check back, but with custom scrolls, you have to. Even if you have a straight blocks from start to end acting as a ceiling. No scrolling you don’t need a ceiling.
Game King I may be misunderstanding, but at 0:55, the top right of the screen has no straight line from the ceiling to the bottom. Yet, the room still does not scroll. This shouldn’t be possible even with custom scroll as it needs a straight line from the ceiling to the floor to stop the scrolling (like you said).
Fire Owl playz Maybe it has something to do with the length between each wall? I had tested this in a level I’m making days ago. The player can only stand on top block of a single wall until a path is broken. But not if that wall is set to the very top or bottom. So yeah, that area isn’t set at the very top. But Idk if it’s regular or custom. I would have to check that lvl of mine again.
@@raidonothoboi4842 I had also tried to do something similar putting both scroll stops just out of visible view. Unfortunately, the wall continued scrolling until it reached the scroll stop. After closer inspection, the section does not use custom auto scroll as the area is within sub-area 2. He already has custom auto-scroll in sub-area 1 which doesn't allow him to add custom auto-scroll to sub-area 2.
It's not actually glitched. It makes use of custom autoscroll, similar sub areas, and weird mechanics involving Mario's size.
Quick edit: If you want to make a level seem glitchy, sound effects can make it seem fake. They work for trolls, but not this.

Custom Autoscroll and Scroll Lock is used to keep the camera in place. The rooms with the Bullet Blasters actually consists of a lot of different rooms, which the player goes through multiple times. Every time the player exits the pipe, the camera shifts, revealing the next room. The bullet blasters are then unloaded because the On/Off Blocks change after the checkpoint, which makes it look like a different room. In the room with the springs and the 2 question blocks, the sprite limit of 100 was reached, so no more power ups or enemies can spawn. As the player collects keys and triggers the P-Switch, items are able to spawn thanks to a spot becoming available. The player can stand on the door thanks to a well-hidden semisolid platform (notice the 2 blocks to the right of it? That's to hide the rest of the platform, as it has a minimum width of 3 tiles).There is an enemy hidden behind the Large Mushroom. Invisible blocks (or Note Blocks, can't really tell) are placed on tracks, and are overlapped with the Ice Block. Link's Bombs can't destroy the second to last Hard Block blocking the pipe because it's the bottom of the Flag Pole, which is usually indestructible. You can see the last room you were in on the top of the screen, which is the same room where you touch the flag's tip, thanks to Big Mario's larger hitbox.

1:53 - 2:04 This happens because the bullet bill launchers were taking up the same spot as blue blocks that hadn’t been turned into full blocks, I think, and the coin cannons were destroyed when they were activated.

I was very confused at how the pipes worked but I think I get it now. So you get into the first room 0:49 and here you go to the right to the second room. After you've arrived to the on-off switch room 1:07 you quickly head back to the pipe and you think you went back to the first room. But actually it is the second room the camera just shifted to the right. Notice how every half room is identical, that is very much intentional so that every room can just be lined up in a big row so that you wouldn't notice which room is which. That is also the reason for the tall walls, so that the autoscroll stays still
If my thoughts are correct then activating the right question block should make it active in the left in the next section

No, I'm pretty sure he is Twice Twice-ing, and using the screen scroll and camera lock to make it appear to be a different room, when all he did was move the camera over.
