I watched Fox News release a message this week:
There are terrible things afoot under the surface of our society, and the perpetrators are coming for you

And then I watched the Democrats respond in panic and anger, saying:

Are there terrible things afoot, bubbling under the surface?
Is something coming for you?
And for us?
Ask yourself how true that is of yourself and your own life
Have you addressed all that?
Are you concerning yourself with the dust in your enemy’s eyes, instead of attending to the filth that obscures your own sight?
Do we want accusation, suspicion, discord, derision and hatred?
Or the peace and prosperity and happiness that beckons to us at this moment like never before?
Who’s the enemy here?
Is it the basket of deplorables?
Is it the freaks and the queers?
Is it the plumbers and carpenters and tradesmen and managers who work honestly and diligently during the day and the soldiers who stalwartly defend the borders and protect us?
Is it the artists and visionaries whose expressions of unbridled creativity entertain and rejuvenate us and who continually offer to us an unending panoply of technological miracle?
Is it the institutions that guide and protect us that so many lived and died to erect and establish which for all their faults have served us so well?
Do we want revenge or justice?
Do we want contempt or mercy?
Do we want war-or peace?
And what are you aiming at in your heart of hearts?
I see even the best of men degenerating into the exchange of blows.
I see even the best of men identifying the enemy in our neighbours and friends.
I see even the best of men falling prey to cowardice and self-righteous anger.
It needs to stop.
I need to stop.
You need to stop.
Before it’s too late.
Who is the enemy here?
The snake in your heart?
The lies on your tongue?
The arrogance of your intellect?
The cowardice of our refusal to see?
The enemy is that which divides to sow discord.
The enemy is the pride and fear that stops us from lending a hand acoss the divide.
The enemy is the great and eternal adversary of mankind.
And if we demonize our brothers, our comrades-in-arms, do we not precisely call that dread spirit forth?

This is real. I see it too. Without a doubt, the Holy Spirit is at work. May God bless him and guide him.

This is something I've been struggling with lately. Placing our hatred on other humans is the opposite of what we need to be doing in these dark times, but it's a hard habit to break. We need to realize we're all in this struggle together against dark principalities and powers, and love one another. ❤
Some humans are demons. Most "evil" people have a story and a damaged soul that leads them to bad actions. - But there are a few demonic souls out there and all they have inside of them is darkness. The key is not to become like them when facing pain.

For years, I, like many others have seen this genius of a man struggle with his own belief in God. Many of us knew what his struggle was all about. Sometimes it was painful to watch him as he would twist his wedding ring, pull it off and on, and look down to the right for as long 20-30 seconds as he was searching for the words to support his position. Jordan Peterson’s battle was fierce but I applaud his victory through Jesus.

Sin came into the world in the first book of our Bible. God created all things, a garden, a man, woman and every living thing. The only tree, they could not eat of was the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil or “they shalt surely die. Genesis chpt.2.
In chpt 3 we read the serpent (devil) well knowing what God had said, talked Eve into eating of the fruit, gave to her husband who also ate thereof. “Their eyes were opened, they knew they had sinned and tried to hide from God. “Ye cannot hide from God”.
This resulted in every man and woman ever born….SINNERS. There is none good, no not one
BUT GOD IS LOVE and we read one very well known verse in our Bible, John 3:16…For God so loved the world, that He gave His ONLY BEGOTTEN SON that whosoever Believeth ON HIm (Not BELIEVETH ABOUT Him shall NOT PERISH BUT HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE.
GOD SENt HIS ONLY SON to this EARTH to be taken and hung on an old rugged cross. There He HUNG while GOD Lay the SIN of the world on His Son, who had no sin, could not sin, did no sin, thought no sin. And when the atoning work was done, He CRIED FOR ALL GATHERED there….

The devil is not a cartoon nor a fairytale
He’s behind it all
Lucifer is the light bearer. He reveals the darkness (evil) by shining a light on it. If you don’t recognize the darkness in yourself you can’t repent or atone. So it isn’t the devil who is evil he just reveals evil to you. I don’t understand how people divide god from the devil in “duality”. After all God created everything (even the devil) “IT” (God) “IS ALL THAT IS” - good AND bad (EVERYTHING)! It is our responsibility to turn away from the darkness and evil that exists and be good people. I think this is what Dr. Peterson means.

But he rebelled once God made the angels to be servants towards mankind. As Lucifer was jealous towards us mere men as God made us to be rulers on earth, He decieved mankind and men brought sin into the world. This brought death, the reason for death hear on earth was by one man’s sin, because men are rulers of the earth, we are responsible. This Lucifer fell and was known as adversary, devil, serpent, dragon, Satan. And Jesus who is the God’s Son, the expressed image of His person, the visible image of the invisible God, God in the flesh, through His death and resurrection restored mankind to eternal life, and the judgement of this world(the end of the world), and at Jesus return will the world be burnt and renewed and made perfect restored (heaven on earth).. all those who hated God would perish, and all those that followed God in the gospel of Jesus Christ, those that beleive on His name Jesus Christ shall be saved and inherit eternal life!!! No more death or sin!!! But our knowledge of the victory of Christ... Man alone is trying to achieve heaven on earth without God in the name of Jesus Christ, which will not prosper. All I’m saying is Jesus is the way the truth and the life, no man gets to the Father but by Him

His message is quite literally that we are all contributing to our own destruction in very small parts, constantly. Not once did he actually refer to a higher evil. And by putting all the blame on "the devil", you also claim you are not to blame. Which is the opposite of that Peterson was saying.

I have been following this amazing human being for two years. I believe he has come to this realization due to his life experiences and putting up with so much hatred and ignorance. And my biggest message to people when we talk amongst our selves privately and one on one is this. Watch and be ready. Listen and hear to be sure. When the TRUTH is revealed. When they successfully define hate and evil, how to accuse of that and the measure of it ? What ever that is that appears, will not stop until it has accused even all of us and the ones that set out to define it. 🤔 none will be spared from it, and it won't even be cut off from those that set out to find it out. Oh no. It won't stop until all have been accused. Until all have been sentanced by its accusations and constraints... the political class have set out on a mission of moral turpitude 3 steps ahead of all that look in their direction.

Our hearts are desperately wicked, and the closer we are to God, the more apparent that becomes. But that should not deter us from proclaiming that we are followers of Christ. It is by His righteous that we are saved, not our own. Be careful of thinking that you must become a better person before coming to Jesus or confessing Him as your Lord to the world, imperfect as you are.
I hope Mr. Peterson is saved. I don’t know if he is or if he isn’t. All I’m saying is that we should not jump to conclusions without a clear profession of faith. And if you think that is not important, I recommend you take some time and study the symbolic meaning of baptism. Water baptism is not required to be saved, but all believers are commanded to get baptized.

I have made many poor choices in my life which have hurt others. Not always physically but also emotionally. This can inspire them to propagate my mistakes like ripples in a pond. If you scale this up you have war amongst people. Then we ask God for help when our vision of the now can or cannot align with God's. If it does then miracles happen but if not who is to blame for that moment? God or ourselves?Ergo he gave us freedom to create our own heaven on earth and we choose to create hell. He offers a second chance through my King Jesus Christ. I am putting my bets on that as opposed to trusting humans ( including myself)who have failed miserably to create anything socially that will provide lasting goodness.
