South County Stallions @ Westfield Bulldogs football: Jordan Dennis SUPER Man!

Jordan Dennis is clearly the leader of the South County Stallions offense. He was not supposed to play last night at Westfield and did not in the first half due to a separated ACL in his throwing shoulder. The staff at SOCO made the decision to start Dennis in the second half where he had some adjustments to make getting his shoulder back into playing shape. He was frustrated with a dropped ball and a slightly overthrown ball that ended up in picks on his two of his first three drives. Here's how he opened up the drive the next time he touched it. First play is going for 27 yards to Cam Riley. It's called back and puts SOCO in a 2nd down and 30. So he goes over the middle to Tyler Orth and gets some of it back and then on 3rd down and long. He goes long. Over the top to Cam Hoskins all the way down to the 15 yard line. Then he connects with Justin Amoakohene for a touchdown to put the Stallions on the board for the first time. He would lead them to two more touchdowns with precision passing. Keep your eye on Jordan Dennis this year. He will be right there with Daniel Lipovski for the top QB spots in Virginia Football.
