Freedom Eagles @ Garfield Red Wolves: Revenge is a dish best served Cold!

The Dark Side descended on the side of town by Potomac Mills Mall on Thursday night as the Freedom Eagles brought their brand of mash you in the mouth football just over the hill on Smoketown Road. It wasn't pretty! But it was severe. Jeff Overton was unstoppable, in fact he was a force. It's almost as if the Red Wolves couldn't touch him. 5 touchdowns and that's only because he didn't want more. It was a difficult night for Garfield who having upset the Eagles a year ago made the mistake of talking about it.
There were some bright spots for the Red Wolves. We will talk about those later this week. Victor Ssegawa #9 the Senior Defensive Back was like a shirt on the Freedom Receivers and he was a warrior on a couple kick returns.
