Right now working single and married people are worried about paying rent and eating three nutritious meals per day. Even working hard and taking individual responsibility is not working for everyone. The prices keep going up and up.

That's called competition. That is why a business needs a buyer. Just because a business operates in that way does not mean it is a good practice. A crook is a crook all day long.
