Taking on Open Group Track Day with a 63HP Supermoto

Compact Octane has the most interesting track days arounds, being able to ride ALL Bikes in a single group makes for some great footage and comparison....so, What is the ultimate bike? Is it a 1000cc superbike? a 600? The mighty supermoto? Or none of the above?
