  • Red lanterns can be found in Chinese communities around the world during Lunar New Year. But did you know one small village is responsible for making 80% of China's lanterns? We visited the village and met a lantern maker during his busiest time of the year.

    A great video. I see these lanterns in the shops, restaurants, temples and houses during Chinese New Year here in Singapore. Now I know where they must have come from. Thank you!

    The households in Malaysia also have red lanterns outside of the house that looks very nice and interesting.

      Sometimes a candle if you're carrying it around, or a regular lightbulb if they're meant to be hung up
