Ruby Aunty, I made alou gosht with this recipe and you will not believe it but mai apko kal say sirf duain derahi hoon, because this is the best Alou gosht recipe ever!! Allah Kareem apko hamesha khush or sehatmand rkhain or app aisay he easy or mazedar recipes share krti rahain. Ameen.
4-5 tbsp oil
Sabut garam masala
1/2 kg meat
1 tbsp gg paste
1/4 cup pyaaz
Little water to not burn
Haldi
1/4 tbsp garam masala
1 tsp kahmiri laal mirch
1 tsp laal mirch
1 tbsp dhaniya
1 tbsp zeera
After 7-8 mints
Tomatoes(4 tbsp)
