    what is the difference between the declarative event and programmatically event
    why we use programmaticall event while we using declarative event,
    why we use add event listner in rogrammatically event.

    How to communicate between siblings component without pubsub which have same parent

      You can follow these steps to pass data to sibling without pubsub & LMS -
      1. Raise custom event from child 1
      2. Handle custom event in parent & read value from detail property.
      3. Store that value in a property & pass that property to child 2 as a attribute.
