My neighbors all cut oak trees planted in the 1950’s because they don’t want to rake leaves. They then complained their grass burns and their house is hotter. I literally laughed in their face. We don’t have one large mature tree on the block it looks ridiculous for a development build in 1955.
Disgusting. Those trees are home to whole ecosystems. If it’s going to fall on the house then maybe, but branches can be trimmed.
