wow. amazing. I had a backhoe scoop out and move a bunch of mature palms without any kind of prepping and they all survived.. just scooped them up and drop them over flat soil and then drop some soil around them. Id like to try the same with 6" diameter pines and oaks in central Florida after cutting around them about a foot deep. I am doubting it will work for these species as the palms had a very tight, strong and flat root system. Palms seem to be very resilient as hurricanes drop them sideways and they just curve back up.
