দাদা আমার মেশিনে ফোটোশপ ৭.০ windows 10, ফোটোশপে যখন ফাইল সেভ করছি psd file তখন ঐ ফাইলে ফোটোশপ থামবেলটা দেখা যাচ্ছে না, একটা সাদা পেজ দেখাচ্ছে। কিন্তু যখন ঐ ফাইলটাকে jpeg ফাইল ফরমাটে সেভ করছি তখন যে ফোলডারে সেভ করছি তখন ফোটোশপের থামবেলটা দেখছি। আর আমার ফোনের সাথে যখন laptop connect করছি সমস্ত মোবাইলের ছবি ফোটোশপের আইকনসহ দেখাচ্ছে এবং ঐ ফাইলটি ফোটোশপের ওপেন হচ্ছে। কি করব কাজ করতে খুব অসুবিধা হচ্ছে ।।। যদি সমস্যার সমাধান করেন ভালো হয়।।

যে jpeg file টা open করতে চান সেটাকে open with করে windows media viewer বা আপনার মেশিনে কোনো Media Viewer থাকলে সেটা দিয়ে open করে দেখুন... আর যেকোনো psd file ও একই ভাবে open with করে photoshop software দিয়ে open করুন... আশা করি সমাধান হবে... 😊💙
