- Finally pulled the Michael Jordan Fleer 1986 card. As most of you know… I have been chasing this product over the last year in search of his rookie card. Please enjoy this quick watch to see my excitement!

I bought 2 86 rookies loose from a bowl in Revco drug store back in the day....a nickle each....a NM 7 AND NM 8...I only knew mj as the kid from UNC back living in NC In 86...haha best 10 cents I ever spent

I collected religiously from 76- 91 or so...after they started with all the subsets and all that crap...it felt like it was a ripoff for kids...was only affordable for adults after that

Congrats. Do you mind explaining how a repack works? I don't understand why someone would put together open packs of cards that include a Jordan rookie? Are they expensive? Thanks
Depends on condition of the Jordan but basically maybe they had 2 all together in all the packs they made up and for how much they sold the packs for probably offset the value that was in them .

Thank you sir! While my bank account is screaming to sell, I’m going to keep it. I have another Jordan rookie that my late father got me back in 1991. He bought me the entire 1986 set for Christmas that year. Unfortunately, I put the Jordan in a screw down holder and the pressure over the years caused each corner to whiten. Corners are still razor sharp but as a result it graded a 2. It sucks…if I would have put it in a regular case, it would be a10. No joke. Centering, etc is perfect. If I only knew then what I know now!! Thanks for watching.

Thank you sir. In all honesty, I’ve spent about as much as this card is worth. The chase has been fun and thankfully I have been able to sell many of the star cards I have pulled. It’s been fun but dang expensive!!

Universal Treasures released these as a holiday thing and this video is the first one I’ve seen one pulled. It does look suspicious. And I trust the grading companies now as little as ever. Hope for these two that it’s real.

I did and it came back a PSA 7. While I would have loved for it to be an 8, I was just happy(maybe ecstatic is the better work) that it was real/unaltered and graded at least a 7. Thanks for watching Shawn. Take care

Problem is the centering was not great and it's probably an 8 which isn't worth all that much. Not the 200,000+ you were hoping for
