- Welcome back to another Geometry Dash 2.2, for this video I wanted to take a look at some of the creative ways people are now using the Level creation system! There's Tetris levels, Dance Dance Revolution/ Friday Night Funkin styled levels AND someone had remade FNAF Plus.... The full game.

As a GD veteran who recently started playing again, i refuse to believe a human made this.
Its actually very simple(yet long process) like the guy who made what and how
The hardest part is creating the graphics. Like that takes someone really creative to replicate. As for the mechanics, i dont think they're hard to recreate, but time consuming for sure

It's crazy to think that the things that would've taken years to make in 2.1 can now pretty much be done in a few weeks in 2.2. Super excited to see what else gets made in the coming months/years
I dont think this is possible to make in 2.1 since you automatically progress through the level

@@tazzled2325 on top of that, you can only have max 2 input methods in 2.1 which is insanely limiting when it comes to minigames

In the FNAF level, the creator for certain makes use of the "Random Trigger", and increases the chances of them being "agressive" the further you move through the nights. It's really cool if you know how to mess with it.
You could also make dynamic NPC patterns in levels thats neat its like a world on its on, randomly generated values on certain triggers to activate is just cool

@SamLipeNandes oh nah the random trigger application that i was referring to was more of outside gameplay, more of different chances for a certain animation to trigger or certain behaviours/sequence, maybe like "Block X has a random chance of whether to go path ABCD or ADBC or BACD" there's just so much potential with the amount of triggers we have in GD 2.2 now. Sorry if my explanations weren't clear and organized

Ryan is like one of the non GD CZcamsrs who are actually into the game unlike randoms who played once just for the update to get views

Ryan's always loved this game. He used to do videos on it all the time. He actually beat every RobTop level, even Deadlocked, which is something no other non-GD focused CZcamsr's ever done.

As a GD vet who's been playing for about 10 years now, I can safely say that I NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS would have thought this to be possible in GD sometime in the future.
It baffles me when I genuinely try and say to myself that this is a game made entirely within another game yet both of the games have seemingly nothing in common.

I mean the community has been making graphical advancements like this for years. all we needed was the insane control rigging that platformer mode allows.

The SPEED at which Geometry Dash went from Geometry Dash to the second coming of Roblox, Dreams, and Minecraft is AMAZING.
I don't know how people are so good are making stuff like the in GD its absolutely amazing and cant wait to see more content from the creator of the levels and more good content of Ryan for this game

Also check out the 5 new gauntlets. They're high quality levels from 2.1 (some of them updated to use a bit of 2.2 features)

You can copy the level and check by yourself
therell be no solid objects apart from a sawblade that teleports on the player when they lose the game
it probably looks pretty boring thanks to the new event trigger that allows you to activate triggers directly based on player input

3 weeks right guys? 3 weeks took for gd players to learn how to make even fnaf+ in gd
Finally a proper exposure to the best side of Geometry Dash
on god. So many youtubers just stick to the main levels and their fanmade levels (though sometimes they play gauntlets) that it's a really nice breath of fresh air to see someone who actually takes interest in the most innovative and creative side of this community.
Yeah, this is why i was so exited to see ryan return to the game, hes always been good at showing off good levels that the community has made, really hoping more people do this too in the future, which hopefully will be more likely now with the new gauntlets
Geometry Dash is now a game engine in disguise lol.
Can't imagine what Spu7nix will do with this MUCH power.
This level uses outside programs to make the visuals but it is still extremely impressive to have been made in this time!
Not surprised by the visuals since the creator is one of the team that makes The most realistic levels out there like "Emerald realm"

I remember a bit after 2.2 came out I thought "It would be funny to do 1-1 from memory like they do in mario maker" then tried making a goomba in the level creator. A couple days later and someone fully recreated 1-1 with music, sound effects, a timer, score and everything. Who knows what else is going to come out of this update.

for some opretty cool context: these levels were made with an image to gd convertor, to make the art without much work in the editor

I'm genuinely shocked to see how the person who made this even coded this into GD's game engine. This is legit INSANE. If you can make something like this in GD, I'm curious to see what people will come out with next in CD.

With the new stuff added in the 2.2 editor, you can make something like a FNAF game in GD. Seeing FNAF plus in GD was mind blowing!
Ryan just a warning your progress will not save on the FNAF level. All GD levels must be completed in one sitting or else you’ll have to restart if you exit the level.

Reading the title confused me, absolutely insane that someone managed to make this in geometry dash of all games.
Excuse my ignorance, I stopped playing G dash forever ago, but how the heck are the mechanics of fnaf plus so accurately recreated like this? I've seen explanations about the visuals being converted images which I can understand, but how did they get to this from the funny block jumping game?

basically, olatformer mode allows 3 controls, create a scrolling screen, add some ai and counters, make visuals and i cant explain any of this forget what i said

They used the random trigger, and make the random trigger more likely to go towards your office the higher ai of the animatronic. Quite simple
